For all the Maharashtrians out there who are wondering why exactly she has added tomato etc, I think she didn't mention anywhere that it is a Maharashtrian recipe for Upwas etc. So I think this is a different recipe. For example, At Himachal side, peope add Capsicum too in Poha, and it's their authentic way of making poha!! So we may find different ways of making Indian food in different parts of Indian. Mi pan Marathi aahe, but my neighbour is non-maharashtrian and they cook Sabudana in onion and tomato fry and they like it that way. So please let's take knowledge about different recipes how it is made in multiple ways in India!!
sabudana khichdi is cooked all over north india, but no one make it as soup like she did. She just did shitty experiment, dont support her in this , she did a crime with well respected "sabudana khichdi"

Vrat me tomato nahi chalega but baki dino me aap try kar sakte ho ...Tomato even hara dhaniya instead of green chill use red chilli powder and haldi ... Thoda sa hi bana ke dekho khane me apko defiantly maja ayega... *But plz plz plz sabudana one day before bhigona ...One glass pani dal ke nahi banana hai...* 😅🤣🤣🤣🤣

I am eating this recipe from Childhood. This is yummiest. Sukha hua sabudana khichdi to pohe ke jaisa lagta h. Ye asli khichdi lagta h. This was my personal opinion. Everyone has got different taste. This doesn't mean we can criticise her recipe. Jisko banana h banaye nahi banana mat banao. Simple h.

Who makes sabudana khichadi this way? Sabudana needs to be pre soaked. This looks like thick sagoo soup. And it doesn’t seem to be tasty. Surely it’s not sabudana khichadi. 😀😀

मी तर साबुदाणे न भिजत घालता एचडी पहिल्यांदा पाहते खूप छान वाटते बघायला मी तर खरंच ट्राय कारणार आमच्याकडे अशी साबुदाण्याची खिचडी बनत नाही आमच्याकडे रात्री साबुदाणे भिजत घालतात आणि सकाळी बनवतात हे तर जुना आहे सगळ्यांकडे बनवतात मी सुद्धा उपासला साबुदाण्याची खिचडी बनवते ते पण रात्री भिजत घालून सकाळी बनवते अशी जरुरी नाही आहे का साबुदाणे उपवासाला बनवले पाहिजे आपल्याला अचानक साबुदाण्याची खिचडी बनवून खायचं मनात आलं तर अशी खिचडी बनवू शकता त्याच्यात नाव ठेवायचे काय गरज साबुदाणे भिजत घाला आणि ते पण आठ दहा घंटा वाट पहा हे पण कसं मसाला भात सारखं अर्ध्या तासात बनवून शकतो थँक्यू ताई ❤❤ मी घरी एकदा प्रयत्न करील कशी लागते ते मला माहित नाही ताई तुम्हाला आठवणीने पुन्हा थँक्यू शुभ सकाळ ताई 🌷🌷👍🏻👍🏻👌🏻👌🏻👋👋🖐️✋👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻🤙🤙💅
