As being someone who loves the lbp franchise and STILL plays lbp2 with my best friend, I almost cried seeing the trailer. I cannot express how happy I am knowing this franchise isn't dead.
Can’t wait to play this game!! Definitely one of my most anticipated on my PS5. I love sackboy and the Little Big Planet franchise. Very glad and happy to see it in a 3D space and give it a more “super Mario” style feel! Let’s hope it can achieve the greatness of Mario going forward. A total shame at the lack of Stephen Fry voicing anything in game though unless he does actually pop up or is alluded to in some way, shape or form. He’s an iconic part of the franchise.
Yeah! Exactly. I also hope sack boy will get as big as Mario! Great kids and family game Sackboy - kids and up Ratchet and Clunk - youth and up Uncharted - 15+
I was really on the fence with this one but I’ve come to realize this game is perfect for two players especially for those who come to your house and want to check out your PlayStation 5 without dying so much in Cold War.
This makes us all so excited for LBP4! The tools used here are the precursor to letting US FANS take control and CREATE 3D LBP WORLDS! Plz buy this game to support our creative minds and the endless possibilities! 🤘👍👍🤘
This is the PROTOTYPE for what WILL BE Little Big Planet 4! Sackboy A Big Adventure shows us HOW LBP 4 will work! Brilliant for gaining familiarity for what's to come!🤘😜🤘
@@AkeemHussain in my opinion they took away so many things. You can’t go into creative mode, cant join online games, change outfits in game or use stickers, the music is delayed and they had a lot more opportunities to expand how it’s works. I’m a little disappointed on how it turned out but I still enjoy it so much! My favourite ones were 1 and 2.
i dont need all these features that are more limiting than adding anything. lbp2 just felt the most freeing and i want a remastered version with or without the bugs.
So if I buy on PS4, and then get a PS5, will I automatically get the higher rez / framerate, full PS5 version of the game, or do I get the PS4 version on on the PS5?
No if you get a PS5 you will be allowed to upgrade the ps5 version for free no need to buy two games the PS4 version will upgrade ps5 for free that’s why i am getting the special edition
Listen it’s pretty simple. If the developer that made the game capped the graphics to the ps4. Then it’ll be a ps4 game in quality. If it’s neither upgradable or uncapped then it’s most likely different from the ps4 version. So games the offer ps5 versions or ps4 games that offer upgrades are they way to go
If you can’t create your own levels this game is not worth the price I mean really it’s 60 dollars (possibly 70 haven’t checked the price) and it’s not worth it that was 90 percent of the fan base play LBP so I will just skip this one until update brings created levels
There is only one thing, you need to know, if you are a Mario fan. This game basically is "Super Mario 3D World/Land". If you liked "3D World/Land" you will like this game.
Have you played it? One review I heard about this game is that you are better just playing Astro Bot and that this game is very targeted at children given the narration and linear level design. I hope it is good I've got it just no PS5 yet till Thursday.
@@smush5653 Well, I've never played "Astro Bot". But "Sackboy" is an amazing game. Again, it's basically "Super Mario 3D World", just with a Sackboy skin and a few different moves. It's awesome designed, the levels are interesting and it's not too punishing at first. And I wouldn't say it's targeted at children. It starts off easy but the game can be really tricky sometimes. Also, like in other plattformers, beating the game is basically adjusted for kids, since you don't need that many collectibles in order to progress, but getting 100% is much harder. Every good plattformer is designed that way. And the narration... I don't know and I don't really care for story in my games, but I got a good laugh here and there, and I'm over 30. ^^ Also, linear leveldesign doesn't mean it's targeted for kids. Look at "Crash Bandicoot 4"... you need to be a plattformer god in order to get 106%. Let me say, it's really different compared to "Little Big Planet 1-3". But as a plattformer, it's one of the best I've played so far and it rivals "3D World" and "DKC: Tropical Freeze".
IKR that makes me sad... I loved playing community missions and creating levels and funny shit to show my friends. My moon had like a dozen published levels and they were all so dope and showed different aspects of my personality. As well as my sack boys attire and how I behaved Lol. Man I miss the glory days of Little Big Planet 1 & 2...
@@MychMych1 we had to buy water for lbp1 and you think when lbp2 came out water would be included...no. if you didn't buy it for lbp1 you won't have it unless you buy it.
@@digital_get_down3093 But this is being made by sumo digitial and not Media Mol so we will see. Just think it should be free considering Lbp is a creative game.
Hears about game: wow really I want this Hears it's just a story game with no creative: oh NVM not what I thought Notices the lack oh an creativity in this game: -_-
I don't get it! I just tried the game. I though it will be the collest game! But it doesn't have even a menu. I mean with "New game" and "Load game". And there is no exit button? You just close the game? And the story.... I don't understand. I mean I understood the beginning but then,... You get out of your rocket in the middle of what exactly? A town? A village? And then at the second level you are in an icy place.... Why... How? I don't understand the story yet. Pls tell me if it gets any better in the next levels! But don't give me spoilers. I gave a lot of money for this game because I though it will be very good! But i am a little disappointed. 😟

@@PhillipLemmon thats a load of rubbish mate... just cos its pre-installed to the console doesn't make it not a full game. its apparently 5-7 hours long which is short, but longer than any console "demo" ive ever played. compare it to the playroom on ps4, or face raiders on 3ds and you'll see what i mean. its a fleshed-out 3d platformer.
@@George-fe5mf yeah I know that it's going to be short but what I said about it I've COMPLETELY changed my mind! LOL That is going to be the only game I play for a while cuz of the in depth look at it by digital foundry, lol Did you know that it ALREADY had an update?! That's crazy sweet it game isn't even in our hands and Sony thought about us (kinda) enough to make it the best version of it! THAT'S what I cal customer service. Go to digital foundry, you'll see what I mean!
I want to be absolutely clear about this... Nobody cares about “haptic feedback.” It didn’t matter when XBox tried it. It didn’t matter when Nintendo tried it. It’s not going to matter now. Haptic feedback is just fancy rumble.
@@rahneegultiano7648 That’s actually a good point. I just went back and looked, and you’re right... Gaming websites were about it, but the RU-vid community seemed to think it was gimmicky.
