Properties: The sacral chakra is about creativity, relationships, reproduction, deep joy, desire and enjoyment - simply letting go and flowing with life.
Physical reference: All body fluids are influenced from here.
Blockages/disorders: Frigidity and impotence, but also syx addictions can be signs of an impaired sacral chakra. Physically, the disorder manifests itself as obesity (wanting to keep everything) or anorexia (not wanting to take anything). On an emotional level, loneliness, envy, jealousy and sadness are symptoms.
When activated: People with an active second chakra can get involved with other people and opinions, have a vital syx life, are enthusiastic, creative and life-affirming.
