IT'S AMAZING NO STREETS OR PARK ROADS HAVEN'T BEEN BLOCKED OFF/REDIRECTED AS WAS DONE HERE IN CALIFORNIA BACK IN THE 60s WHEN YOUNG BLACK MEN/TEENS WERE LOW RIDING. ESPECIALLY DURING THE "WEST COAST RELAYS." OTHERS ACROSS THE TRACKS DROVE "HOT RODS" AND DIDN'T PLAY OUR BLACK "SOUL" MUSIC LIKE THEY'RE DOING NOW, MINUS THE BLACK MEN.

There are already problems now with the ban being lifted no one wants them hanging out on the sidewalks in their neighborhoods blasting music which isn't even oldies then blocking traffic. I don't think this is going to last long. It would be 1 thing if they were just doing a car rally and kept it moving but they post up then block traffic going slow. Like I said it won't last long. They should just cruise out to Cal Expo and park there and cruise there it is a bigger street more places to hang out if they want and a shopping mall. Doing this in a confined central core is ASKING for trouble too many gangs etc. to many kids that want to start trouble.
