Following another crash that killed a pedestrian on city streets Thursday night, Sacramento Vice Mayor Caity Maple is calling for greater action to address traffic. A vehicle struck a woman near Sutterville Road and 21st Street late Thursday night, according to the Sacramento Police Department. The crash left the woman in critical condition.
