His benefactor U Ba San said and taught him as below.
“Literate or not, that doesn’t matter. Conviction (SadhÈ) and Effort (VÊriya) are the essential things.”
“In-breaths and out-breaths, that’s Ānāpāna,”
“Awareness must be present.”
Touch, Awareness, Mindfulness - these three things are the easiest method to practice Vipassanā (By late Sun Lun Gu Kyaung Sayadaw)
