Aww. I know that feeling all too well. My grandma was my everything. I have never felt so much sadness. Her passing was extremely sudden too, so it made it even worse. That was in 2015. I can say that time does ease the pain, but it'll never fully go away. Even to this day, I'll have a random day where I just get in my feelings about her being gone, but then I remember that she was a believer in Christ and now, I am as well. (Wasn't in 2015) So I know I will see her again and it will be even more glorious than it was in this sinful world. It took me a while to come to Jesus. Lord knows I tried to fill a God sized hole in my heart with all kinds of things, drugs, sex, money, nothing that ever gave lasting happiness and actually caused a lot of problems in my life. There's a very fine line between pleasure and pain and with great pleasure usually comes great pain, when talking about things of this world. I was a staunch atheist, thought Christians were weak minded people who needed some false sense of something bigger to give their life meaning... then I kinda went a little new age-y with Crystals and meditation, energy study, etc and I just thought that there's no way this was just a mere accidental "big bang" and that there must be a creator. Which then lead me to call out to what I called "God" and said I want to know YOU the true YOU whether it's Christ, Krishna, Allah, whatever, I didn't care. And I was shown by a number of "signs" that it is in fact, Jesus Christ who was God in the human body, who died for our sins on the cross by crucifixion and who overcome death 3 days later and lived again and continues to live on through the Holy Spirit. I urge you, seek Jesus, He is there waiting for you to knock so he can open the door. Completely give your life to God. Don't make the same mistakes I did. God can break all your chains. God bless you. I'm praying God touches your heart in a big and undeniable way like he did mine, even if you're already a believer. 😊🥰 and always know that you are already perfectly loved by He who breathed life into your lungs. 😇✝️💖
