To everyone who's studying with this music: Checklist: • A bottle of water, at least 1liter. Your brain works better if it has enough water and drinking helps you to concentrate💧 • Your charger. You sometimes don't even notice that your device's battery is going down, so better have it plugged in all the time🔋 • Your headphones. You will be able to focus more with headphones, because it blocks background noises. Also, if it's a late night study session, you won't wake up anyone🎧 • a tea or coffee. Coffee keeps you awake, green or black tea can make you feel more awake as well.☕ • Your study/work stuff: your laptop/tablet/phone , a few pens, paper or whatever you need.⌨ •Anything else you could need, what about a heat pad, a blanket, a good lamp, your pet so you have a study buddy 🐈 Reminder: After an hour, you should stand up and walk a bit around. I clicked on this for background noise to fall asleep. Now I want to cry so hard. I was diagnosed with depression and I haven’t been able to get a good night sleep for a while. This made me feel a bit better about the absolute crap I call my life. I have a gf and an amazing friend group and even though I second guess every action I take, they have stuck with me through the stuff school, society, and other people shoves in our faces. I love them so much. I hope you have people to lean on in any hard times. You are loved and you are not alone.

My fav hobby is art and because im still in school someone else brings art they show it off by putting it on their desk and I do too! Everybody looks and compliments them but look at mine with a friend and start whispering I have a best friend and I like them as a friend and they do too well their always like ' ' I wAnNa DiE ' ' infront of everyone acting like he's the only one he can vent to me but I can't to him cause he's always like ' ' okay? ' ' and this year I feel like he just hates me he never plays talks or let me walk beside him like we always did So yesterday my mom was like ' ' What do you think of? ' ' And I said ' ' Depressing and good thoughts! ' ' and she said ' ' You shouldn't be depressed your only __ ' ' it hit my heart like a bullet shatterring it! My dad is always at work because were poor and he needs money he's rather asleep at work or awake and just about to go to work whenever I see him I love him and it feels so different without him One day I woke up and I heard yelling I turned down my TV and it was the first time I EVER HEARD they were fighting they were fighting about my step-mom cheating! Wich she isn't they love eachother lots Two years ago, I made a friend. We'll call her T well T didn't know the alphabet or anything. So, I was her only friend my manipulative friend that whenever I say we aren't friends with, but he just talks to me the next week and makes it where I can't forget him. He stole T and my mom informed me I was moving and out of the whole years I've been in school I was finally able to have more than 1 friend. T and I would say we'd never be apart because she was the happiest thing in my heart. She was very supportive, and I could vent to her. My brother would bully me and everyday I would cry in my bed reminding myself about her I'll never ever forget her. She gave me something she made herself. A beautiful strawberry made out of beads . I wont let ANYONE touch the strawberry on my backpack because it was made by T and everyone says I'm weird because of it and thinks I should let it go and joke around like i'm going to break or steal your bead! Not knowing what it means to me.
The song that makes me cry is STITCHES because yesterday my dog died when I came back from school and my neighbor killed them I was going to look for them and all I see is my dogs dead on my neighbors yard where I can see them and the last thing I said was bad dogs to my dogs and I regret it so much I’ve had them for 5 years already and yesterday was the end of every thing with them I miss them so much we had a lot of good memories 😭😭😭💔💔💔

My friends life got taken at a shooting at his school..he was like a brother to me. I got depression to the point where I wouldn’t eat I kiss him so bad but I have to remember he’s looking down at me wishing for me to move on and focus on myself and mental health I’ve gotten better but I’m still sad. May he rest in peace
