The government MUST establish a refuge housing centre for our girls and women who enounter this barbaric situations. This is what the so called human rights advocates should be looking at. Our hospitals should also be taking seven samples from rape victoms and share with the forensic units. Is Ghana that difficult to manage? Something of this nature happens and no DNA test was done/has been done, it wasn't reported to the police, cctv's near the road haven't been looked at, the police hasn't taken her to the taxi station or the route taken to see if she could identify the culprit. This is a problem of national concern because this might not be his first rape crime or it isn't going to be the last if he used drugs to get this woman into comma.
