Hello, this is the verdict of your civilization, your America, its elites, "Do you even understand what you've done?"- this is Putin. Not to say that they live very richly in Russia, but they live with dignity, and there are no beggars at all. So far, resources are being shipped to America for dollars, but right now there is a rejection of the dollar and soon no one will give you anything. Hunger, banditry, work for food are waiting for you. Run who can to countries where there are resources and there is at least a little social justice in society, Russia, Brazil, Australia..
It's extremely sad to watch people suffer like this in America!!!! How can America claim to be a super power when the citizens of America are in such a bad state??? How can America focus on Arms & wars when citizens of America can't afford a roof & food????!!!! I got very upset & felt sad while watching this video. May God help all these helpless poor people of USA. Amen.
Because not just USA but nearly all governments of the world focus on retaining power, not servicing the citizens. In fact, the poorer and most desperate the citizens, the easier for government to maintain control. This is why at the extreme, all communist countries are much poorer.
It's depend on people sir not on countries becuz some helpless people can't make by himself so they beg and again it's depend on you sir how much you can to someone
My daughters travelling to different countries as a hobby holiday, but they went to New York thinking it was a dream city of bright lights and music playing everywhere, but when I asked about it, they had nothing to say, it was full of homeless people and they were afraid to go out at night!
Yeah there is a difference from being homeless and poor. I think homeless in areas like America can live .but homeless or poor in Syria Afghanistan Yemen Iraq Ethiopia Sudan chad means that you may die from hanger😭
It is heart-wrenching to think about the difficult lives that homeless people in America lead. Without access to basic necessities like shelter, food, and healthcare, they are forced to struggle every day to survive.
You forgot mention about their needs for toilet . Have seen people urinating in open and even going for toilet🤭🤭. America has money to donate for scoundrels in porkistan and have money for creating animosity among nations. VERY VERY SAD😙😙😙
In 2008 I was homeless for 3 months and within that three month, I learnt the toughest lesson of my life, I feel grateful for who have become today, because I truly have taken advantage of the America dream. It has always been hard in this country I will say -- supposedly the land of opportunity -- for those starting with less to make it. Homelessness has been a longstanding issue in the United States, with varying estimates of the number of homeless individuals and families at any given time. The federal government and individual states have implemented various programs to address homelessness and provide assistance to those in need I will say, if only they are aware and know how best to take advantages of this benefit, even with been homeless always stay inform and make research it helps a lot. One such program is the Continuum of Care (CoC) program, which is administered by the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD). The CoC program provides funding to local communities to support a range of services for homeless individuals and families, including emergency shelter, transitional housing, and permanent supportive housing. To access these benefits, individuals typically need to meet certain eligibility requirements, which may include income limits, residency requirements, and other factors. The application process can vary depending on the program, but generally involves filling out an application and providing documentation to verify eligibility. While government grant benefits can provide important support to individuals experiencing homelessness, addressing the root causes of homelessness, such as poverty, lack of affordable housing, and mental health and substance abuse issues, remains a complex and ongoing challenge. If you need help, don't hesitate to ask for it? Reach out to the right individual and organization if necessary!

A few years ago Americans showed their country as Country of dreams and heaven with no slums or homeless or beggers. Now the reality of America and it's life is being shown that it's not less to any of they under developed countries. When Americans go to other countries they always take pictures of homeless, poor , slums and show to the world but they forget that their country is also same as others
American media is very good at self-marketing and stereotyping.. American movies and TV shows mostly show glamorous parts of US while reinforcing stereotypes by specifically showing bad parts of developing countries.. Developing countries are shown always as slums while US is just manhattan and Los Angeles (mostly). They seldom show drug infested slums of rural Kentucky, Ohio or Pennsylvania or even big city slums like Kensington Avenue in Philly..

Capitalism is more on profit, how to minimize their costs by hiring or encouraging an outsourced worker to make more profit without knowing the impact of that citizens are losing a job opportunities.., that's why there are lots of America's citizens are racist because they don't get an opportunity due to brain drain foreigner who lives in their country and gets more opportunity than them. We must help each other . ❤

Why don't they have a home? They all don't want to work? Isn't there a state boarding house for them? Compared to the USA, Russia is more or less better with homeless people, they are there, but not enough. In Russia, they do not deprive people of housing for debts. There is a law.

Considering the pile of shit that our life has become, being homeless and without any responsability, is looking better by the minute... I might just pack up and head deep into the woods...
I've stayed at homeless shelters before. If there's one thing I learned, people take advantage of the system and nothing gets done about it. Everything comes so easily to them, that they don't want to leave. When they earn money, they blow it all irresponsibly, because they always have a bed and food waiting for them. As for those who sleep outside in warm weather, charities drive around to make sure they have what they need. All of this assistance which is given "for free," only serves to enable people to remain in dysfunctional situations. We need a charity system that requires that people earn their keep. They should need to do some kind of work, in order to continue to get food and a place to sleep. Otherwise, they just spend their money on drugs and alcohol.
You can't force people to make good choices. Many are on the streets because they want to be. They say they don't want to be homeless, but they don't want to do steady work, they want to drink and do drugs every day......well this is where you end up.
The United States is more concerned about war. There are also subverting other countries. I also like hypocritical publicity to care about human rights and freedom of other countries. Then the US government does not care about the people of their country

In Austria and Germany poor people get free housing, healthcare, education and monthly rent from the state. Being an European I pray for these homeless Americans 🙏
so do people in the US but the government here doesn't help people that don't help themselves and there are requirements for people to receive government help such as being sober which disqualifies much of the homeless and trying to find work which also disqualifies them. People from other countries are too quick to watch these videos and think the US doesn't help the poor and homeless; they spend billions. These videos show the lowest of the low.
Well, not every homeless person gets free housing, education and monthly rent from the state. In winter, there are also many frostbitten homeless people in Austria, Germany and other northern European countries.
@@agubognernader3205 Most homeless people are addicts or mentally ill. At least in the USA. Please be realistic here, I see addicts, mental issues and alcoholism. I have spent months handing out care packages, just talk to some and see all the reasons they are on the streets.
You are correct this countries mental health system is absent, Many people that should be in state hospitals are let out to fend for themselves in the shelters and Streets... They sometimes don't understand what medications they should be taking and at what time of the day because at the hospital they were at for many years everything was given to them in the medline.... What people don't know is that there ARE government programs available to help the poor, but you have to have a college degree to figure out how to apply for these programs, because the bureaucracy and the red tape and the fine print and the obnoxious rules themselves are enough to make a sane person go insane. For example, there's this food stamp program run by the government, where a debit card (with money in it) is mailed to your home if you can not afford to buy food, and you can use that debit card to buy groceries, but the government workers will actually tell you with a straight face that since you are homeless you do not qualify on the grounds that they have no where to mail that debit card to. Some people get $200 a month on that debit card, but I have seen some very poor people who were given only $15 a month, because they couldn't come up with some extremely obnoxious documents or they could not figure out how to fill out these extremely confusing application forms properly. Our media, and our government keep telling us that we can afford to waste trillions of dollars to level the grounds and wage these horrible wars in such places as Afghanistan, Iraq, Libya, Yemen, Yugoslavia, Ukraine, etc...but somehow we can not afford to house the homeless.
I agree with you. Shameful, one of the richest countries in the world won't do anything about homeless in the United States I don't vote anymore. What is the point? I have been voting for almost 40 years, instead of getting better, it has gotten worse. I don't where either political party is really trying to help the average citizen. People are being priced out of apartments, for no reason other than greed. The talking bubble heads on TV said it is due to inflation, and people moving into the areas from other states. That is a lie
I was on food stamps for a while and yes, it's $200 a month but there's what I call the "churn" in that they put you on, kick you off, put you back on, kick you off, put you back on, kick you off, etc. There are always meetings you have to go to, basically about four days a month dedicated to their meetings and paperwork, for $200 a month. Plus the constant threat of being kicked off for good, and the constant reminder they you can have to pay it all back, even years into the future etc. I found other things to go, hustling handicrafts I made and flipping stuff from garage sales to antique stores, things like that, and just ignored the food stamp people. I finally go a notice that I'd been put back on and there was $600-odd on my card, but I never used it.
I've lived in the Philippines back when Mt. Pinatubo erupted. Beautiful country !!!! Amazing people! Hardest working !!!! Self sufficient! I hope to go back again sometime.
The reasons are usually multitude, family/ relationship issues, drugs, debt etc. I use this as motivation to work hard and try no to make mistakes to end up like this
I believe, it can happen very fast. (Illness, accidents, divorce and, and, and) Fortunately, I do not need drugs or alcohol, but the pension is not very big and the flat is not new. But I have to pay alimony every month a little over 700€, so remains not much for me.
The amount of people who are Homeless in USA shocked me for life. I have travelled to many countries including those in Africa. I have never seen so many homeless people like those in the USA compared to the rest of the countries combined. The problem is that American families dont really support each other much or at all. I have seen a mother crying on the streets because her daughter kicked her out of the house and now she is homeless. The elderly are thrown in retirement homes. Teenagers are kicked out of homes or are made to live in basements after 18 and some even before. Many people dont even know who there relatives are, never met them, or lost in touch. This is something that I only witnessed in the USA. Its the American life style social structure at that is causing such suffering. Please take care of your family, loved ones, friends, even strangers. Love each other. Please.

This is Phoenix, Arizona. I have lived here most of my life. These images aren't the worst of it. Very heartbreaking to see. There is an entire homeless neighborhood of tents downtown in vacant parking lots. And the problem is getting worse with inflation and skyrocketing rents and mortgages. I don't know what the answer is, unless it is some tiny homes on some vacant land that will help people get a chance to regroup and get back on their feet.
