Priscilla Shirer, a renowned speaker, author, and star of the faith-based film "War Room," revealed on Facebook that doctors had discovered a nodule with “dangerous irregularities” in her left lung, necessitating the removal of an entire lobe. This surgery came at a particularly challenging time for Shirer and her family, following the recent death of her mother, Lois Evans, from a rare form of cancer on December 30.
Ahead of her surgery, Shirer shared a touching video on Instagram, showcasing Bible teacher Beth Moore at her home, cleaning up after a family gathering. "When you’ve had a few really tough weeks and you’re on the eve of a few more tough ones but then your people show up - cooking and cleaning and making a celebration out of thin air," Shirer wrote, expressing her gratitude for the support.
