If only we could all walk away from our saddness like we do for anger..but it's like saddness follows you... It's nice knowing that there is someone out there..in fact maybe even a group of people feeling the same saddness as you are now. Does anybody here experience stuff like there are certain moments in your life where you're happy, you feel so energetic to go out and do the things you love, you love to hang out with your friends to a certain extent and then when everything calms down, your mood gradually goes down till you find yourself crying, no motivation and all you wanna do is lock yourself in your room and just stay there till you feel okay again? Like it goes up to its peak and then suddenly goes rock bottom, just vice versa. Or is it just me?

It's just her and I since her Dad died of cancer just under three years ago 💜 Bedtime brings up our loneliness. This music soothes us into peaceful sleep.

My dearest friend died by cancer but I know his spirit is with me. He is always by my side at everywhere I go like God. It's ok to be sad or feel like giving up. People lose the people they care about and they feel like their missing a piece of you, it's ok to feel sad when you lost someone or a pet. It's part of life. Even if you are having a hard time, Think to the positive and enjoy the times that you spend time with them. They will always be there for you while watching you to wonder do you will remember them. My sister ended her life. Her ex had been fighting her for her kids for 14 years. She ended her life the day of court. She had too much. She knew the fight was too big her ex was a millionaire. The kids played this at her funeral 💔🥺 I hate family court F them!!!

I'm turning 13 on 28th and I have already been through something that any kid shouldn't go through I don't like to let my feelings out to people very much so I listen to music and watch anime to get my feelings out and it works cuz I feel like I can relate to them but I still have so much life left to live and I know that I will have to go through a lot of tough time and it might get worse or better either way ill always remember the songs and people that will help me on my way through life because they got a special place in my hart and I know that I will have people that will be by my side always right now I just got to see where life will bring me😊

I lost my grandad late last year, It left such a hole in me because I just wish I went that last time cuz I was to distracted with a computer I missed the last day my grandad spoke and it hurt even more cuz he asked where I was and I just wasn't there for him that day, and he died 3 days later. He went peacefully which makes me happy and I got better, but I just had my first breakup and it has left me in tears every night and day. I had a shitty nightmare(most nights I dream of losing my 2 babies and I'm not exactly sure why I have these nightmares so often but they are so so real and gut wrenching that it's me on my knees in complete despair wondering where my babies are. They don't die but I have them with me then I end up in another place and realized I left them behind are they are alone and scares and I can't find my way back to them and it's agonizing! I try and force myself to wake and when I do I check on my babies and thank God it was another bad dream but in the first 10 mins after waking, those feeling are still there and they are still so real and I feel that pain and sob quietly to myself trying not to wake them. I found that putting on these songs actually sooth me to a good place again. I can also recommend Sia- lullaby. It's a beautiful song and inspiring ✨️ ❤️ thanks I needed this!

They don't see that you keep to yourself because when you let people in they leave. It's like we are invisible to them. They walk by us everyday but never see us. They see us but they don't see us. I guess people don't actually open their eyes to see that we hurt or maybe they don't care.

I miss my aunt, great grandma, 4bffs, 4 dogs, my sanity, my innocence, the way I once was. My bf broke up with me last year, I still love him though, but I do like another person now, but it is the person who bullied me. I hate myself. I wish I wasn't so unlucky.
