I totally understand how you feel. It might probably be because you’re burnt out or stressed. But I’ll suggest you take sometime to yourself and relax, prolly stay off social media and do things you actually enjoy. You can spend time with family, take a walk alone or hangout with friends without the cameras. You can also look at starting therapy. It’ll help you deal with your deep thoughts, emotions and feelings you wouldn’t want to share with friends and family. I hope this helps but always remember it’s totally okay to feel that way. 🙏🏽

So I totally related to your vulnerability… I’m typically a very bubbly and happy person >> but I have my down days and get overwhelmed by my emotions and I just withdraw and keep to myself and ghost on ppl.. phone stays on DND.. and yes same I haven’t been hanging with my ppl either… it’s like I shut down & I don’t like ppl having to be around me when I’m in that state of mind.. so I avoid and isolate.. trying to get back to routine & stability., Praying for you & everyone going thru these waves of emotions and adulting.. Take it slow- take it one moment at a time, and celebrate the small wins wai… we are all human and this comes with adulting.. don’t rehearse or overly fixate on past dealings - accept it for what it is and see how you can move forward or do better the next time :) cheering for youuu! 🫶🏾 🥹🫶🏾 love you fellow gizzards!! - from a 28 year old still navigating this thing called life..
I totally understand how you were feeling. I feel that way at least one day in each month. Adulting can be tough which takes a toll on us. Grateful you have a good support system because that is what has helped me as well ❤
I understand you perfectly I mostly feel this way and my sister and others who knows this thinks am being mean 😢 you literally don’t even want to see anyone and talk to anyone I wish this will go away forever when I work things out 😢 But in all we are the strongest and funniest one too ❤

I'm glad you didn't let them complete the hair even though it's been hours. I would have stayed mute and then be mad at myself for not speaking up when I get home and feel bad because I don't like the hair. Proud of you Gisela! I understand how you feel dear, and I've come to accept that life can be tough sometimes. I journal, pray, and speak to Jesus during these hard times it helps because he listens and responds usually through his word.
