The most important activities that we do in our life are those connected to our Sadhana. Sadhana is the term that covers all thoughts, words and deeds done to move closer to God, our ultimate Reality.
Here is the experience of Sri Yathindra or Swami Amritananda who spent 17 years with the sage, Ramana Maharshi. After that, he came to Prasanthi Nilayam where Swami, Bhagawan Sri Sathya Sai Baba, reminded him of a sadhana he had done 78 years back, as a 7-year old! The incident is a very powerful reminder that no Sadhana done is ever in vain.
