He is simply talking about taking charge of your thoughts and emotions. Indirectly he is refferong to the law of attraction but, many people has a misconception about the law of attraction so he said it in his own words.
still you have emotions you will be real, once you suppress your are gone. Once you achieve the state, one should just see never suppress emotions unless you are ready.
I really like Sadghuru's knowledge, philosophy and I am very thankful learning from him. But. He might never have lived with a dog. I do. And I may confirm, that a dog as well, is his very own character. A dog has preferences, low and high emotions, sometimes he does not give a "damn" seing me. He is his own personality and does not follow me blind. It is a human thing to put dogs in that - we belive the dog would always be pleasant- but every dog is a own personality, with his very personal dog view of everything. I was in the same situation a few years ago ... and so I also took a dog ... it's real, but the dog also brings out other deep emotions... love heals, but the way to healing can also be exhausting... at the same time I have discovered so much with him... inside me and outside... some more truth... a little more peace... So far I able to track within myself the mentioned qualities of my emotions. Also I understand that a neutral state of mind or emotions is a bless. But sometimes there are times I am strongly hit inside with unpleasant pain in a kind of emotions or soul. Observing this phenomena I don't figure where this negativity comes from, given before I was in pleasantness. So I am concluding that the negativity is constantly induced by negative spirits and the constant work is to reach always the balance again where it becomes pleasant.
That's easy to say when ones the amount of money you have Sadghuru. When people loose there loved ones because of war or aggression of others, their work, their money, status and respect. Let's see if you can cope with that and stay positive.
I am sorry if that is your situation. Sadhguru had a thriving biz and gave it all away. Found something deeper-and trying to share with the rest of us. Even the hard headed like me... Best to you.
My 12 year dog died last month i´m very depressed. I´m worst because i accidentally replaced some of his videos of our days when trying to merge them all in one folder... I´m so sad...
I love your wisdom and can feel it in your humor as well as straight words. But, I'm sure 99% of us just this this humor is some jokes.. My emotion is my strength and I always fight to get my love and make and keep it sweet. Like, Success is not earned. It is a rented asset, so the rent is due everyday! ❤️🖤
It's such a great point to be pleasant wether or not people are nice to you each day. But, this video speaks of love in a way that is not accurate to the definition of love. But it had to be explained with the wrong definition of love just so that most people can understand it. Because most people incorrectly define "love". Love is not a thing. It's not an emotion as much as it is an action. You can feel love for someone without showing that person any love. Because without a corresponding action love does not exist....to some degree. There are feelings that come with the act of love. But by all accounts, love is a choice. A decision. Love is like war in that it requires thought and planning. Love locks on to a target and many times requires a strategy to express love. I don't just say this. I live it. My family. They are wonderful people. But on most subjects my family is united while I am divided. I rarely agree with them about anything. We simply just seem to see the world through very different lenses. We used to fight and argue constantly. But then I decided that no matter what they think, no matter what they believe and say I would love them. I have a lot of compassion for all my family. Not because they're in so much agony. But because they're all doing the best they can with the knowledge they have.... Just like me. If we want to call love an emotion then that feeling of love that I have for them is without bounds. And I freely give all my support to them in whatever they do. If it's important to my family then it it's important to me.
