Sadhguru - How to stop creating fresh karma and dissolving the old karma 

The only thing that drives karma is dissatisfaction. The only thing that eliminates it is contentment.

One can not stop doing karmas but one can do good karmas without expectations of fruits( being karmayogi) and abstain from bad karmas as much as possible. This is necessary to attain moksha. Rebirth happens if one performs punya expecting its fruit and if one has not burnt off powerful bad karmas.

Every action has an equal and opposite reaction🙏

Respectfully, action which is not binding is Nishkam karma.. Nishkam karma means an action which is not motivated by fruits of action. Conscious action: living in present will always lead to conscious action🙏

The million dollar question - how to entertain thoughts, hold feelings and perform actions which create no negative reactions to ourselves and others. Service- is the only tried and true method. In selfless service we are giving and not taking. Passing Loving thoughts for others is the most non-active form of providing service. While sacrifice of time, and resources takes it to another level altogether. Service / sacrifice - or suffer more earthly returns into self created conditions for “good” or “ill”. The choice is ours - free will.

🙏🏻sharing this from my sleepless room . I CANT SLEEP AT NIGH ANYMORE 🌸we need sweet music. We need sweet talk. We need to see the sweetness that we can so easily be. Sweet stories . Sweet captions. More than we can stand . There was a time of Radio. Not earbuds ! The music was sweet . From women and men of all colors! I remember it! I remember being steeped i n it. We all were. And now we are steeped in something that had contaminated us all. Where do we go from here? Now I cannot find sweet music thats surrounding and reminding us about us anywhere to be heard. I’m empty of emotions from the diss appearance of it. Were stripped of sweetness during our waking hours everywhere! What we are and have been surrounded with is cold and any thing but sweet. It makes us look and act like what we are looking and acting like. The people are the same . But the atmosphere of sound had changed to resemble hardship war drums dark beats dark lyrics to dark thoughts we’ve made that more real Then the sweetness we all are inside. Its us its what we have been chanting and giving ourselves awards for Highlighting the darkness not the light. Its the isolated earbud pumping of hardness over and over until We believe thats what is more real than pure love. We need to sing out and bring out and play it loud so we all know and remember and realize we are all listening to it together. Not the dark side of music and sound and vibrations . Come on everybody before its to late.!!!! I cant say it any plainer . Everything dose not have to sound like we are in hell. Life is what you make of it! What you think about becomes more real with every repetition and every variation. We can change this world and nation this blessed way now! Why lead others a stray with dark vibrations and tout gold chains. Those CHAINS have bound us up! We are smarter than this. Everyones programed and steeped in some false backdrop that WE THE PEOPLE HAVE BUILT WITH OUR FREEDOM TO BUILD AS WE WILL. I guess this is all i needed to re-listen after my Inner Engineering program. I did IE in Jan 2019 (1.5 years ago) and I've been a little inconsistent with the practices, also my mind hasn't been in the right places. *My responsibility is limitless.* i suddenly feel like floating now, earlier today my whole body was feeling super heavy. I had a dream yesterday I was conscious, I was fighting again mental energies and trying to find a indiscriminate inner position to not respond by my usual dark energy, it was like a training I saw my inner self trying few positions then find the right one but it was too hard to stay in this postion (it’s like a muscle lol) I’m in initiation for years I’m really tired because my inability to transform and even my body is contracted my bones cracks and all. This initiation is really strong (losing anything I think I own, physical, emotional, memories all my past burned) and I think I start to understand a little deeper that I must let it go but when I let go something else come lol Next life I plan to be a house wife living in Bahamas drinking margaritas my toes in pacific sea (if it still clean enought 😂) I swear I plan my next one because this one is just crazy 😂

I left my eastern railway job only to be active not just breathing to do work to rule dharna walk in processtions for hike in da ta etc Do nothing get salary end of month retire to get pension and family pension for the widow I am single 😃 Best regards ✨️

for many old karma is negative because of the Ego. New karma can be negative or positive depending on intention. If we can't get rid of old karma, then we can't ever stop creating new karma. There must then be negative or positive karma.

Dear Global Friends, Karma is very wide and deep in explanation, same as what our fingerprints in everyone are also different. Each and everyone has one's own karma. Karma is our own making whether good or bad, as such good begets good, bad begets bad, that's simple general explanation. Do not take karma as revenge or vengeance. It's absolutely not. Another explanation is 3 parts of our past karma and 7 parts of our present good or bad karma committed in this present moment of our lives. In total we must purify ourselves with a complete total wholesomeness of good karma until there is totally no bad karma as in this present moment as a human being. As oneself born with past 3 parts of good karma, then only one purifies 7 parts with morality of good karma with wholesomeness perfect of 10. These present 7 parts must not be infected by committing bad karma. On the contrary, regarding the past 3 parts of bad karma oneself is born with, which oneself needs to purify these 3 parts first, only then the following 7 parts of the present moment to perfect a wholesomeness of 10. Remember each and every one of us has one's respective karma, like different fingerprints in everyone. Karma being imposed on every human being is extremely fair so that the Supreme Godhead does not side anyone, no matter how bad, evil or good HE does not intervene nor involve in anyone's affairs. Life itself is karma. Live a balanced life, full of forgiveness is the only way out. Karma cannot be repaid in the way they teach us.

All and any actions is karma, all actions is pleasant good or un-pleasant good, all what You cant do, by hearth, you are protected against, if You never make any mistakes, You'll never learn any thing. it is by the many mistakes and un-pleasant good, that We learn how to be in harmony with the Eternal Life.

Thank you Sadguru for all the insights on life. For those who cannot or would not give a little time to themselves & became sick, what do they do when Medical people (doctors,diagnostic centre etc.) make him/her suffer more, delaying treatment without giving him the correct immediate medication or advice when they know the correct information about the ailment for their financial gain. Please suggest something. I know Karma works for people like them too but what to do about the frustration of not being able to do anything about it. How to reduce the suffering even a little.
