I had this plate thing in my family when I was young and lived with them. And not only plates, every single item in the house. I was able to remember which plate I was allowed to eat from, but I could never remember which mugs I was allowed to use, which mugs I was not allowed to use and many other such things. My mother would flow into rage and claim I use her mug on purpose to put her in stress. I can-t even describe how many shouts and insults I got for accidentally drinking from her mug. Even when she got a dishwasher and all the mugs were washed in the machine on high temperatures, she would still hate the idea of me or anyone else drinking from certain mugs she said were hers. I grew up into a young person who walked around afraid to touch anything that is not mine and apologizing to people for just my presence. Spiritual process got me out of that place. Don't do this to your children.

The brakes only need to be applied when approaching the extremes of too much and too little in order to maintain the optimum. We die from each moment of experience and are reborn to the next moment. The bardo is the openness between where all things are possible. The more conscious attention we can give to this space/gap/interval, the more it can expand and enhance our experience of Life.
As far as physicality is concerned, death is there. But death is only for this heap of food. Reality is complex with many structures, its not so easy neither too hard, not too beautiful, neither too horrible. Its just same. Cant expect mercy nor hate from it. But psychological realities may be unnecessarily complicated. Reality isn't simple but it isn't a lock hold either
Although its true identification can be troublesome. The roles of reality are still there so we have to play them. Once it gets into head influencing, then it becomes a disaster but as long as its just a role. Thats fine. Its made in such a way that if you try to seek what makes you feel joyful or convenient etc then you are stagnant, if you just do whatever that you makes the nature of you fear the most then it helps you grow. To be more precise, true growth requires all identities but it has to jump from one to another depending on the situational requirement because oneness is only one side of experiential reality, other sides of roles are still there. I usually sought after stagnation and pain and mostly loved having sad emotions mostly, never sought after happy feeling too much. If it all comes let it come. Why lost stability. If one is grown within, then that person doesn't care to seek joy or sadness nor gets influenced by them. One would feel all the emotions of the past memories and experience them without letting it lose the stability
Dharmic identity is divine identity or dharmic/sathvik guna is divine guna even though conscious immanent shiva (true self) is beyond all the 3 gunas or matter. It is because dharmic action does not create any karma. This is Karma yoga. So, everybody's " true identity" is their svadharma.
How do you not identify with anything though? Like accomplishments, thing, that have happened to you, do you just ignore it and act like it never happened I don’t understand?
it's not about ignoring or disassociating with anything. it's the opposite. learn to embrace and accept. learning more about your karma will help you understand.
awareness of it happening. then letting it go. be aware of the resistance from the ego. the grace of letting it go and time helps. don't resist just embrace

Some people believe the truth and some the untruth, because they were born like this. How can the people that are born believing the untruth change this? Faith in untruth is as powerful as faith in truth and is not something that someone can change by will. Is there a way to get faith in truth when you are not born with it? From all the people I know for a long time none ever changed from untruth to truth. People only change from untruth to truth when the reality around them changes dramatically which make it compulsory. Can faith in truth be gained any other way but through life cataclysms?
You are wrong , they were not born like this , you can reprogram your subconscious and change your belief systems within you , and its totally up to you which words you have to give power to , you"ll realise the reality on your own once you sit with yourself
But then Sadhguru.. How can you tell us that --you can manifest anything that you want if you really want it, and without even lifting a little finger actually that by using your mind, life energies, emotion body etc on what you want - and if you keep your attention unwavering in that direction of for a certain period of time that it will manifest into your reality. You stated this with alot of detail in another video... So When you focus on what you want, using all 4 aspects of you and keep your attention unwavering to what you wish to create: (lets say financial prosperity) and you really want it- This all means you automatically identify yourself with it- So identifying yourself with it is required for it to manifest into your reality and visualization and feeling is required by imagining how it would feel to have it- So if you never had it before then you are saying it is hallucination and therefore contradicting your wisdom on manifesting what you want in your reality
trying to explain something that is beyond language will ultimately lead to misunderstanding and confusion.. this is something each one has to do for themself. trying to pass it to others with language is like trying to explain colors to a blind person
