I suffered chronic pain in my mid 20’s and what he said is very true. I did it without knowing I just changed my life because of an awakening I experienced while lost in the mountains solo. The transformation was instant. I was no longer the same person and high on bliss. The pain and fear of pain melted off my body and I felt like I was reborn. My lifelong allergies went away and started doing yoga again intensely to build my body’s foundation. I eat far less 1-2x a day but am far more efficient of a human being. Until your life is facing death you won’t take the leap. When you have nothing left to lose that is when you will seek.
VERY similar experience for me as well. In the mountains, and it was instantaneous. It has not faded after months. Isn't this phenomenon so interesting?
If only everyone felt this way about health care. Thanks to Sadhguru, I walk around barefoot, which was not easy for me. I cannot stand wet grass on my bare feet. I do walk through the grass with the morning dew. I lay on the grass. Thank you Sadhguru, I couldn’t have gotten through the death of my husband without this wisdom. 💙
"Human soul needs places where nature has not been regenerated by the hands of humans" and "Nature heals everything, feel the nature with your five senses, you will get inner peace and blissnes".
I am happiest when I am barefoot, digging in the soil. So simple! I do it everyday. Rainy days are my favorite ones. Walking on the beach comes in second. Of course barefoot. Life is so simple.
I had the fortune to have been born in a country without all the comforts of kids in the US. I remember running barefooted, playing with mud, playing in the rain, picking up creatures that scare the crap of most people now. Fast forward, I can not walk barefooted anymore, my feet are sensitive and a little rock digging will cause a lot discomfort. Now that I am about to retire, I am trying to reconnect with nature by taking camping trips and retraining myself to touch the earth by gardening in my days off. I've forgotten how relaxing this activities can be.
I really can support what he said about 'tremendous effect' of bathing in a river. In the last years I often was tired early during the day and could hardly concentrate on my work. But I discovered that bathing in a nearby sea really 'made a new person' out of me. I feel really rejuvenated. It is also very beautiful there, ducks are swimming, big trees, the wind makes a song with leaves... It is best to not jump in the water and the hurry back to work, but much better if you decide to relax some minutes, enjoy the sunlight and beauty of nature there.
I was very active before pandemic and even in pandemic i managed to use sport cycle to go work ...its been a year i got a place to stay and work from home which i was not used to and i have river very close nearby with grass and greenary trees which i looked out of my window but rarely went and my health had become dull but now i am making it a point to go bare foot every day and spend time there in betweens everyday from tomorrow it dosent matter what others think ...i have realized because of this amazing video ...Many thanks 🙏👏
I'm so happy for you, follow your heart☺ I'm rooting for you, I was out this afternoon walking barefoot, just ' chilling' and I felt so happy after, even more than I was before, wishing you all the best ❤🌻🌱🦋
@@aaronfischer9885 Always they teach us many lessons, for as being God's children, we will learn that however we feel about these lessons, God always never gives us more than we can handle, Thanks for sharing . :-) An interesting quote by Oscar.
While walking on the beach I noticed how happy the children are while they are digging in the mud sand along the water line...next time I walk the beach I will try bare foot...thank you Sadhguru 🙏
John Michael Saraceno I just dld that last week. Was in my head a little so I walked by the water barefoot on the beach next to the water listening to music and it felt so good. Children was digging in the sand and playing. Everyone looked so happy. It was refreshing. Something deep in my soul kept telling me to do just that. I was there for almost three hours and didn’t realize how long I was actually there. So glad I did it. 💫
Best grounding and earthing....The current society is making us staying in the city and not healthy...the Elements is best for our health and not the technology...
Yes, Sadhguru. We have made it so complicated in the West. Getting our hands and feet in dirt we can heal. Prostration. Exercising the body, quieting the mind, calming the heart. Living in Harmony. I forgot.
I always like to walk barefoot..and it really gives good feeling..thanks sadguruji for making our lives so simple..u r teaching us living in simple way ..
left leg absorbs negative or bad and right leg positive or good energy from earth. The lower surface of foot is really same as the head.connected to entire body.
Significance of five elements and integration of our self with these would give us enoroumous benefits to our well being is explained by Sadguru in greater details -indeed enlightened
when I was a child my mother constantly yelled at me because I was bare foot... I love flip flop because they are easy to take off and put in everywhere... I don't understand people, why shoes are so important in our societies. in french someone with nothing, no money, no house, someone you shouldn't make friend with is called "bare foot walker" (un va nus pieds). this says everything about how the shoes are seen in occidental culture.
@@Hope-uq1vn Just to let you know I have spoken 2 many transient people, & also helped them, I regard all of us as equal in the eye's of our Almighty God!
I had a friend from Italy who said that she and her brothers always went out barefoot because your immune system can't develop well if you don't walk barefoot on grass and sand, and play in the garden and get your hands dirty as a child. It was startling to hear the same thing from a different tradition.
Good luck to the people in the US where few get it. In the 1960s and 70s many people did. But that is looked down apon by the government and the status quo.☮️
Just started to get grounded to the earth. Now I walk in my backyard barefoot and I put my hands in the dirt. It.makes absolute sense to be in contact to where my body comes from, the soil.
Chỉ cần Đức Phúc hát ballad thì dù buồn hay vui ĐP cũng truyền tải cảm xúc của bài hát rất tốt. Bài buồn thì nghe đúng kiểu tự sự, đau khổ, nghe là muốn khóc. Còn bài vui thì lại nhẹ nhàng, ấm áp, chân thành nghe là muốn yêu❤️
In the sweat of thy face shalt thou eat bread, till thou return unto the ground; for out of it wast thou taken: for dust thou art, and unto dust shalt thou return.
I work in a garden centre and hate soil being referred to as dirt. Dirt to me is something that is unclean. It is a proven fact that working in the garden relieves the sympoms of anxiety and depression. Thank you for some great information.
High Sadguru Iam a receptionist, everyday I am in contact with many people, and around m'y work just in the yard, there le à rose gardien, everyday i use to get in the gardien, and i planted a lot of plants, for my own pleasure, grapes, peanuts, beries. I planted a lot of plants. So.everyday when.i arrivé at work, i put water in.tje plants, and i Feel do Well
Please Sadhguru, there are MANY definitions in English for a word. One definition of dirt is "something that soils". But another very commonly used definition is "the ground, the earth". Same with wood. ONE definition of wood is "the hard fibrous material of a tree used for fuel or building" but another very common definition is "an area of land, smaller than a forest, that is covered with growing trees".
Dirt means soil in English too, not trash. Dirty means soil or earth on the floor, like it's dirty and needs to be cleaned. Sometimes people will call small particles on the floor, even if unknown origin not necessarily earth or soil, 'dirt.' But I've never heard dirt to mean trash.
What about north country, where less of warm days in the year? Very cold to bare foot earth..may be undercooling. But it is very useful to go bare foot.
How can I be in touch with earth when it’s snow outside n cold. I will get sick n freeze. Will nature heal me then? Or will I go thru worse before better? Seeking a real answer🙏🏾
