Everyone thinks that Sadhguru tried to show the people that he didn't had any effect on drinking cobra's venom and he is trying to show that he is supernatural. Though i am not fully aware of the facts of the rituals but I'm really touched by the intensity of the whole process.

I must remind you that Sadguru talks about Shiva, krishna, and many other Hindu and other religions' gods and goddesses to make people understand life in many ways depending on what kind of askers or people he is replying or dealing with (according to different people with different situation influenced by different culture or idividual thoughts and belief) Here, he acts for those who belief in such a traditional way that really help them to live greatly on their own. Well, I have watched almost all the episodes of the serial "Devon ke Deva Mahadeva" And I came to know all the possible ways of defining the word "Shiva" mainly defined by Shiva himself or the Tri Devas = Brahmma, Bishnu and Shiva. They say Shiva means everything (light energy that makes physical world distinctly) that can be observed or experienced by us and Shiva also means NOTHING which is dark energy that has no any beginning and so no ending, so called Mahakala. Shiva says that even when you are not believing or not knowing anything about the idea of anything like god, He or Shiva element is always present in you. Shiva is omnipresent. He has no any particular definition to be understood by common human mind or to be seen with our eyes. Inumeral Shiva elements are continously taking birth in countless forms ( as living and non living things) and dying or transforming every second and recyling limitlessly. Shiva elements are contradictary to themselves sometimes fundamentally for completing a certain step or process of human revolution leading to the cosmos revolution ultimatly. For instance, if you go against the concept of Shiva when you see such video made by religious people and you may happen to do everything opposite to disregard His elements being present in you all. Then you may not be aware that you are against your own existence as a living soul( because there is nothing such as Shiva element to be seperated from yourself and seen it distinctly) though you are being processed automatically to complete a certain function of the whole human evolution process. It is like something is truth but perceived as lie or myth by most of the humans. This is because otherwise another certain function of human evolution process can't be done. A human body is made up of millions of cells which are continously being dead and replaced by new cells until the whole system is broke down completely and starts another step of the cyclical process. In this sense, your body is like Shiva and your every cell functions as shiva's element or human. Now can you guess what all those recycling cells of your body think or know about You as whole body? And what do you think of your every cell? 😇 Your brain is always aware of everything about what happens to your body. If not, you are really not okay(illness) You can regain your original power to be a creator through yoga or good medical treatment. But now, I think no modern human is aware of their own physical body in cellular or deeper level. So they don't know who really they are? what are their true identities ? It's a consequence of revolutionary process that has to keep functioning in different phase or time influenced by the cosmos or the whole physical existence. In simple words, when a man suddenly knows nothing about anything or be lost into nothingness, he will be known as nobody or dead in the sense of physicality, but Shiva is always aware of everything even when they lost or transformed into nothingness, i.e.,He can be present in nothingness as invisible power. Shiva is dark energy which is origin of light energy. Without dark energy(empty space percieved by our eyes as black) can you imagine the existence of light? ) That's why Shiva means nothing also. If you are believing and worshipping him in physical form or just ideally, He can be true for you too. In this sense, Shiva means EVERYTHING. So, it doesn't matter what you think about Sadguru and his messages, he is here on this earth for all kinds of humans. And so He is trying his best to help people understand what is life and everything (that is happening right now) according to different people with different situations influenced by different culture or individual thoughts and values. Can you understand anything clearly if I tell you- there is nothing such as complete truth and complete lie? Or Shiva or any other name referred to a god is nowhere for those who don't care and everywhere for those who care? To say Everything is truth is to say Nothing is lie? Hahahaha! Sadguru is acquiring the art of living and dying too especially via inner engineering or inner transformation. You and I can do that too, that is what he is always trying to make us understand truly being ourselves but not as like somebody forces us to beleive or understand something and we pretend as we really understand things. I wrote this all just after I understood what Sadguru is really trying to say or show being himself even though sometimes he seems to be following ideal Shiva or Lord Krishna seriously. He is a distinguished individual in a real sense though. Because he is aware of his life and work in the current world. But nobody knows actually who the hell is the man with white long beard and goatee and turban? Yes, they know him by his biodata and everything that is related to his existence on this planet, but thats all memory or data based.Thats very limited identity which can't help us to know him truly because we are not capable of knowing anyone truly in this way. So, it's better I must not pretend to know him for this time...😀😀😀 I am tryna.. And I hope one day something new will happen to get such things in a little bit more deeper level. What's the difference between Venom and Poison? Venom - If consumed will NOT KILL a human or an animal but if injected through a bite in the skin, will kill a human or an animal. Poison - If consumed will KILL a human or an animal and if injected through a bite in the skin, will AGAIN KILL a human or an animal. Sometimes reading comments are more entertaining than video itself. Sadhguru for me has been a great source of remedies for many life issues which we face in a day to day life. He himself says that he is not well read, so few of his comments are not worthy of being truth. Still, his way of looking at things is way more sorted than a commoner. And I think that , people in the modern age with plethora of information have become judgemental about everything. Lets not dwell on the veracity of what he speaks. It doesn't matter whether Vivekananda's story are right or wrong, what matter is our ability or inability to grasp the underlying message and that is immense capacity of being human. I don't umderstand when people say that he is worshipping god as an idol. First of all you have to understand the difference between God and Deity. Deities in hinduism are considered to be a person with high energy (chaitanyam). These are occult practices. It is one's own discretion to believe it or not. These rituals are tools for spiritual upliftment in hinduism (as a culture). Just like telescopes are tools to view the stars maximised. For example, rudraksha is said to have many spiritual qualities and is used as a tool in spiritual life. But rudraksha is not a God, only a tool. Here the idol is a tool. The only difference is the idol has a personality and nature just like a human being.
