I feel so lucky i get a chance to live near The Pasupatinath. When i used to live near JayBageshwori,i used to visit daily to attend Arati. Its such a blessing. Today also when i pass through bagmati river,i pray. One must visit Pasupatinath.

And the ruler of my city of Sikar as Harshnath or Bhairuji, established in 555 AD by Chauhan Rajput rulers, destroyed in 1702 by forces of Aurangjeb, rebuilt in 1764.
4 years ago I visited Pashputinath temple in Nepal. I tried to visit the main linga Sadhguru is referring to, but the guards nearly beat me with a stick because I am a foreigner and do not have brown skin. I hope Nepal changes their ignorance and allows all humans to visit their temples.
Sorry for the act by guard, that shoulnt happen to any one. Nepal allows every one to visit their temple. When we talk about Pasupati it is allowed to only hindus , I think you got understand few restriction due to various reason. there are many powerful space/temples you can visit those.

Years ago..I was in Calcutta..doing various things..I worked in kalighat..for mother Theresa...in the house of the dying.. interesting!...but mother temple next door held a fascination for me... the energy there... powerful intoxicating!!..!!!..Those money grabbing Brahmin priests..did not know what to make of my sitting there every afternoon .. there.inside the central area...they argued and debated and wondered over me..some for!!some against.!!.the children threw stones sometimes...it was a controversy!..then life moved me on..the Q is was there an imprint made upon me?...in this experience.....another thing!..why is Calcutta!! Such a special loving joyful place??

Pujaris of Pashupatinath are Parappanas alias Paraiyer the Mahabrahmans (Brahman of Brahmins). Pashupatinath's linga story is misinterpretted by Sadhguru. Its wrong totally. The temple story is the story of Shivagangai Manakudi Pillatthi Ayyan (combined form of Shiva, Brahmma and Vishnu). This temple was of Kattiyan vahayara of Valluva Paraiyer clan. Due to their wish to live peacefully now a days they built temple in Madurai Sitthali Ayyan temple snd live around the temple in nearly 108 villages invluding in Theni Palacombai and Cumbam. Sadhguru plays the mediator role to vesha brahmins to steal the Poorvabrahman's history.

This myth comes from the Mahabharata text. For long, Indian theologians thought Pashupathnath was the head of the spiritual bull that had hid from the Pandavas. In 2009, religious experts from the Kedarnath Peeth verified that Doleswor Mahadeva, a Shaivite temple situated in the SE corner of the Kathmandu Valley about 18 km from Pashupatinath, housed this 'lost Shaivite relic'. The same year, amidst a ceremony, priests from the Peeth placed a plaque of certification at Doleswor.

सद्गुरु बोल रहै हैं की पशुपतिनाथ का मंदिर PRE-VEDIC काल में बनाया था । पर मुझे खेद के साथ कहना पडता है कि pre vedic शब्द उन्होंने गलत प्रयुक्त किया है। क्योंकि बड़े-बड़े विद्वानों ने PRE VEDIC काल जैसी कल्पनाओं को मानने से मना किया है (जैसे रमण महर्षि तथा दयानन्द सरस्वती)। परंतु दूसरे पक्ष से देखा जाए तो भारत के बहुत सारे विद्वानों के मत में वेदों का समय ईसा पूर्व 15000 साल या उससे भी पीछे माना गया है। ज्योतिष एवं वेद के ज्ञाता बाल गंगाधर तिलक भी वेदों के विषय में यह कहते हैं की उनकी रचना का समय 15000 या 18000 ईसा पूर्व माना जाना चाहिए और यह बात उन्होंने प्रमाण के साथ सिद्ध भी की है । जबकि सद्गुरु यहां पर वैदिक काल 5000 साल ईसा पूर्व मान रहे हैं☺️। सतगुरु ने अपने प्रवचन में "पशुपत" शब्द प्रयोग किया है( नहीं केवल प्रयोग किया अपितु उसके ऊपर व्याख्यान भी दे दिया)। पर खेद के साथ यह सूचित करना पड़ता है कि ऐसा कोई शब्द होता ही नहीं है। उनको वैसे भी संस्कृत आती नहीं है (जी सही पढ़ा है आपने यह जो मंत्र वगैरह देते हैं यू ट्यूब में बैठ कर देतें है, उसमें से सामान्य संस्कृत पढ़ा हुआ व्यक्ति भी गलतियां निकाल दें 😁)। जो भी मन में आता है बोल देते हैं और संस्कृत एवं हिंदी को ना जाने वाली मुर्ख प्रजा उसे मान भी लेती है।

I dont take away from the beauty and strength of Krishna, Shiva or any deity when I say this but: the moon crescent and the bull are the signs of the 'anointed cherub' also known as 'satan'.
