Sometimes we take life so seriously and forget that in the end no matter what we do, how hard we try, how many "things" we have, etc...NONE of it is permanent. It's best to just enjoy each moment, laugh, let go, and just BE

A good mental practice i do is to really focus on the fact that i am going to die, its inevitable. It makes all my anxiety go away and think to myself fuck it im just gonna do what it is i really wana do right now becuse im going to die anyway so no point in wasting time doing whats expected or whats "important".

Experience love, heartbreaks, joys, pain, failures ,successes ,and anything in this life. Break free, it's ok to be down sometimes. Flowers do not always bloom in the garden, some die instantly. Some flourish exuberantly. This is life. Nothing more. You'll see at the end it's just a beautiful play

I not dead serious at all. I like Sadhguru in general but I don't necessarily agree with everything things he says. He has his flaws and limitation like every human being.
