I find it interesting that in the 7th century they used pope Gregory son as a model for jesus in the first artist renditions of his image because they believed he would of looked like him. Then a few hundred years later the knights templar dig up the burial shroud from under the temple mount where the catholics records had it located and when you see his image on there it's pretty darn close to the image in the paintings of Gregory's son. Close enough to suggest they chose him for familiar reason. I think the technical term is" heir to the throne" in english. In the royal family of israel linked to king david and jesus himself.
