As a statistician myself, I could never come to terms how a solitary variable, the so called 4000 premature deaths due to NO emissions could be defended. ULEZ brings in £720,000 per day, and £20 million I fines every 6 weeks. Of course he is a liar. The maddening thing is, no one can hold him to account. A dangerous man..
