I love how this also demonstrates Sadness as a force of good as well, not despair or depression. Sometimes being sad shows that something is clearly wrong with our hearts/spirits even if our minds say otherwise. And sadness lets us with express that and/or lets us take a step back and reassess.
Ennui is actually powerful that she makes a giant gorge of sarcasm and able to flip a sofa not to mention she could control the console anywhere with her phone. She's just too lazy to take action
has anybody noticed how the console now completely changes into the emotions colour, the original console didn't do that...simply the gaps between the buttons, switches and the stand part of the console would change...but now the whole thing changes colour
Awww from the part where she just starts crying and sadness is there to help her because of all the emotions changing her it’s so beautiful like and like the only thing she could do❤
“WHY She’d Stop?! ‘Sadness’? (Gasps) Ennui! WHERE’S Your Phone?!” “Ooh-La-La! MY Phone? Where IS My Phone? Seriously?! This Is NOT Happening. NO, No, No-NO-NNOOOOO!!!!” The most relatable character that uses her phone 24 hours a day
Ennui is literally me in this scene whenever i lose my phone (which only happened once) only difference? i don't have the strength to flip a whole ass couch.
im gonna be honest, it wouldve been smart of sadness to get some of the recalled sad memories and put them in the blanket as she hides somewhere else. but overall this scene works for me
anxiety being manipulative to get the phone from sadness shows how anxiety really does manipulate us which potentially refrain is from living peacefully and enjoy the present's moment. being anxious about what will happen in near future isn't bad but too much of worrying can disrupt us from living in the present and affect our daily life. love how it shows anxiety can be extremely manipulative here
It’s crazy to think that this movie pulled off a villainess plot line so well after so many people had been arguing about the lack of any these past several years.
Movies: Inside Out: Kid Years (0-11) Inside Out 2: Teen Years (12-13) Inside Out 3: High School Years (14-15) (movie is about first day in high school) Inside Out 4: Graduation Year (17-18) (graduation from high school to college) Inside Out 5: College Years: (19-24) (Stressing With College) Inside Out 6: Adult Years: (24-25) (Work, and finds true love)
Is it just me or does it feel like ennui was added just as a plot device specifically for this scene? She added absolutely nothing except the sarcasm and this scene
I think i know why Embarrassed was scared to calm (it’s because i think he knows where sadness was and never told them since he doesn’t talk) *btw it’s just my opinion*
