if you have installed SEB already, running the installer should uninstall it first, then you need to re-run the installer again to installing SEB.
also try to update your browser and operating system.
also try to run SEB as administrator
there is a SEB for iphone/ipad at apps.apple.com...
if all else fails, maybe you can let your teacher know and request for another password protected quiz/exam specifically for you (w/o requiring SEB) but instead to be monitored via zoom/msteams/facebookmessenger while taking your quiz/exam

I have to do an exam in 2 hours and the thing called safe exam browser is not working. There are no internet tutorial that could help me. I downloaded SEB and installed that thing. After all of that, I can't launch SEB. It says fatal error. When I open my SEB, it says Modify setup? There are no youtube tutorials on this "fatal error". How is this possible. All I want is to launch SEB successfully. Please, help me. (I'm not from an English country, so sorry for language).

Hello mate thanks for the video.I’ve just finished my exam(early) and sent it to the moodle(ive clicked quit safe exam browser once Im done)but safe exam browser said a quit detected,is it normal?

Please help me as soon as you can. My situation is similar to what you did in this video BUT, when I open the configuration file and it let me log in to our university website to access our quiz, instead of having "attempt now", the three options (download, launch, download config) just keep coming. What do I do?
