But how do you remove the sheets from under a heavy person on a double bed? Perhaps some verbal instructions would be helpful instead of irritating techno-lite music.
The double bed simply means you will be putting one knee on the bed to get near enough to the client, everything else is then the same. That requires some risk awareness around the weight the bed can take etc.
The last action of removing the slide sheet from under the dummy had potential to cause serious problems. Pulling any sheet out from under a patient from the bottom to the top (or top to bottom) diagonally, causing bunches of fabric to rub up against the patients skin or even light clothing, under the full weight of a patient risks skin damage, and is usually quite unpleasant for the patient. If you do not want to roll the patient onto their side again you should slowly & gently pull the *bottom* layer of the folded sheet out from under the top layer, evenly with your hands held apart, if you have 2 people use both to pull it evenly out. This way the friction is between the bottom fold of the slide sheet and the actual bed sheet and virtually no friction against the patients exposed skin - it just rolls out from under them. When you make a demo with an unweighted dummy instead of a person wearing actual hospital gowns it doesn't show the real consequences of actions, people are rarely as careful of a dummy, consciously or unconsciously, and the dummy doesn't flinch or complain. This is why you are supposed to perform skills on real people to qualify.

I can see that the patient was in the hospital for ankle replacement surgery. That had to be the crudest ankle joint method I have ever seen. Obviously, the patient has not awoken from anesthesia yet and is in recovery because of the freedom of head movement after being repositioned. I would prepare for some severe pain with the type of ankle joint replacements chosen. I don't think the patient will be very cooperative once he finds out his ankles are like a Ken doll. I would also like to point out that if the patient was awake, he would be very upset with the camera peeking up his gown exposing his manhood.
