I've had stuffed nose my whole pregnancy and occasional flus. Basically have had a cold the whole 9 months and i couldn't find anything to help out. And of course cold and flu medication is a total no no.

Minimalist says they have some products which are pregnancy and lactation safe. You can use niacinamide and vitamin c serum and their spf 60 is also safe. This is what they say

In my early pregnancy my skin was so glowing but after 3months acne started in my forhead, cheek bones and upper chest After my 4month an allergy like pimple came out in my whole body and itching started specially in my strech mark areas Doctor suggested a topical medicine and olive oil and finally now that itching and bump problems gone Idk what else will come 😅

Yes, ammonia free colors are safe to use after the first trimester is over. However, limited data and research is available about the various hair colors. So be careful, read the ingredients, and do research before using them. One can try natural color options like henna too.

As far as I have read tropical tretinoin in low concentration has not really shown to be unsafe for pregnancy. It is just precautionary. There are women who have used it throughout their pregnancy of course without knowing, and have had completely healthy babies. and as far as hydroquinone is concerned it is not absorbed systemically. In fact, some doctors prescribe it to their patients after their 2nd trimester for melasma. So if you have been using them don't freak out, just stop them as a precaution.
