Solar ACDB suitable to 50KW Solar Grid tie Inverters
At GEESYS, Our latest launch of 50KW Solar ACDB under Shield+ Series
Typically, 415VAC for 3-phase systems, which is standard for commercial and Industrial solar installations.
Designed to handle currents up to 100A, suitable for a 50KW String inverter output.
GEESYS Solar Distribution Boards are designed and manufactures as per IEC-61439 standards for low-voltage switchgear and control gear assemblies.
Solar ACDB 1-in 1-out for a 50KW system ensures a safe, reliable, and efficient distribution of AC power, while also providing ease of installation, operation, and maintenance. This makes it a critical component in the overall solar power infrastructure.
GEESYS Solar ACDB Protects the system from overcurrent and short circuits by disconnecting the circuit when the current exceeds a preset limit.
GEESYS Solar ACDB also Protects the system from voltage spikes and transient surges by diverting excess voltage to the ground.
Here Input Power is from Solar Inverter and Output power goes to your connected loads.
Connect the AC output from the inverter to the input Busbar terminals of the ACDB.
Connect the cable from Grid Power to 4P, 100A MCCB output spreader Terminals.
Use appropriate cable sizes to handle the current. We suggest you use 35mm² copper cable.
This 50KW Solar AC Distribution Board consist of Polycarbonate Enclosure, Miniature Circuit Breaker that’s MCB, Surge Protection Device that’s AC SPD, LED Indicating Lamps and Other Accessories.
Polycarbonate Enclosure with Transparent LID:
Provides a safe and durable housing for the components. It is an IP65 Protected, IK10 Rated Fire Retardant Enclosures for outdoor use.
Designed to accommodate all internal components with adequate spacing for heat dissipation and ease of maintenance.
Protects internal components from environmental factors and unauthorized access.
Fire Retardant, Weatherproof, dustproof, lockable door for security.
Weatherproof and dustproof to ensure reliable operation in harsh environments.
Lockable door for security against unauthorized access.
Pre-cut knockouts for cable entry and exit.
Ventilation louvers or fans for heat dissipation.
Miniature Circuit Breaker: Protects against overloads and short circuits.
Automatically disconnects the circuit in case of an overcurrent condition, preventing damage to the system and enhancing safety.
Thermal-magnetic tripping mechanism and High breaking capacity (usually around 10kA).
Trip-free mechanism ensuring the breaker trips even if the handle is held in the ON position.
Surge Protection Devices (SPD): Type 2 SPD designed for AC systems.
Protects the system from voltage spikes and transient surges by diverting excess voltage to the ground.
Capable of handling surge currents up to 40kA.
GEESYS’s Engineering have selected appropriate SPD suiting to Indian Electricity Board Standards and Guidelines with the key features such as
Visual status indicator for easy monitoring.
Replaceable modules for easy maintenance.
Low response time (typically less than 25ns).
High energy absorption capacity.
Terminal Blocks: GEESYS has used Heavy-duty, high-current capacity Busbar type terminal blocks.
It Provides organized and secure connection points for incoming and outgoing cables.
Facilitates easy and error-free installation and maintenance.
LED Indicating Lamps: RYB LED Indicating lamps are provided with Voltage display at the incomer to monitor the availability of 3-Phases of Grid Power and Voltages.
Earthing Busbar: Ensures proper grounding for safety. GEESYS uses Copper or galvanized steel.
Provides a common grounding point for all components, ensuring safety and protection against electrical faults.
Helps in dissipating fault currents safely to the ground.
Connect all earthing points within the ACDB to a common ground point.
We suggest you use 16mm² copper cable.
ACDB Labelling has Clear label all connections (input, output, earth) for easy identification.
The box is beautifully labelled and ferruled for ease of operation and future maintenance.
Use durable, weather-resistant labels.
In General, All the GEESYS Solar AC Combiner Panel uses FRLS flexible copper wires as per IS-694.
The complete panel is double Earthed. Completely left and right side of the panel has earthing provision.

Complete Panel is going strict Quality checks. We conduct thorough Routine Test prior to the dispatch.
