Wonderful message! Crazy to hear of the amount of members nationwide. I'm about to serve my mission in California and couldn't be happier that I am part of this work.

Something that stood out to me was when Elder Cook mentioned about how Moses, the Ancient Prophet from the Old Testament, came to Joseph Smith and Oliver Cowdery and committed the Keys of the Gathering of Israel. Who better to confer these Spiritual Keys, than the Ancient Prophet, Moses, who was Commanded to help Gather Israel's posterity, Anciently?! It makes So much sense when taken in this logical and straight forward context! Instead of a random ancient prophet, this shows that God is intelligent and that His Divine Work make sense. Ever since I was a little girl, I remember thinking about the Plan of Salvation as taught in this Restored Gospel of Jesus Christ, and it had made sense to be with God before we were born on Earth, and then Spiritually reborn through Baptism and when I received the Power of the Holy Ghost. Then having the opportunity to help in proxy Ordinances and Covenants that helped those who were on the other side of the heavenly veil. While I don't know All things or as Nephi mentioned in the Book of Mormon: Another Testament of Jesus Christ, "I know that the Lord Loveth* His Children; Nevertheless I do Not know the meaning of All things." 1 Nephi 11: 17 * (Added capitalized for emphasis.) What I Do know is that I want to hold on to the Truths I do believe and I hope, after a little spiritual cracks in my Spiritual Foundation can be "re-cemented" and become strong! I am grateful for the many Opportunities, Blessings, and God's Goodness and His Love in Never giving up on me or hating Me for whenever I feel my faith faltering or whenever I spiritually stumble. I am grateful for God's Mercy and Justice in my life. The justice that allows me to have a fair chance or multiple chances to get back up again, allowing Him to help pick me up whenever I stumble and fall! I'm grateful for the Mercy that allows me to come unto Christ and God the Father and re-enter into their fellowship with Them again and again through the Holy Ordinance of the Weekly Sacrament, and with the Beautiful, Wonderful Plan of Salvation! 🙏❤️💒🕊️🌤️

What a beautiful talk. I loved hearing about the timeline of the gathering of Israel throughout history, and it stood out to me that Elder Cook said that the most important part of this timeline was, of course, the earthly life and suffering of Jesus Christ. He is the reason for and the pathway through which we gather Israel! I hope I can take his invitation to consider how I can follow President Nelson's dramatic counsel for how we are to gather Israel. God loves every one of His children- you, me, and every person we gather as part of this great work!

Excellent talk! 🎉 Marion G. Romney's 1981 talk: The Restoration of Israel to the Lands of Their Inheritance is also a beautiful talk. 3 Nephi 20:29-33: "29 And I will remember the covenant which I have made with my people; and I have covenanted with them that I would gather them together in mine own due time, that I would give unto them again the land of their fathers for their inheritance, which is the land of Jerusalem, which is the promised land unto them forever, saith the Father. 30 And it shall come to pass that the time cometh, when the fulness of my gospel shall be preached unto them; 31 And they shall believe in me, that I am Jesus Christ, the Son of God, and shall pray unto the Father in my name. 32 Then shall their watchmen lift up their voice, and with the voice together shall they sing; for they shall see eye to eye. 33 Then will the Father gather them together again, and give unto them Jerusalem for the land of their inheritance."

Elder Quentin cook.. thou forgotten my eyes 👀 before thou has said: "doubt your doubts before you doubt your faith". So, this is your final answer ? Your answer is not the end solution of your doubt. Its your process . You belongs in doubting and incomplete testimony.. you remarks me the life of Esau and jacob. It is your want? Or understanding of your final thoughts?
