It needs getting rid of the graffiti, CC TV under the Walkways and a good street lighting system under there as well,, it could be a nice place on a hot day to walk under in the shade,, all so useful place to walk under when it's raining but definitely needs a makeover and some nice new seating to bring this back to life again
