I have clarified the rate in CAR SENSE, Alandur.they said Rs. 9000+. And fitting charges extra. But in online, it is Rs. 6400+. Too expensive. I have already purchased Android infotainment with speakers it's cost about Rs. 71000/-. Too expensive compared with online rate. Please don't go to this Shop. Please clarify with online rate before purchasing here.

I bought an external TPMS with dedicated solar/usb powered HU display unit from Amazon that is working fine so far. The installation is easy for external TPMS where as it is complex for internal TPMS and if you have 4 sensors, during spare tyre change we will not have reading of the replaced tyre. External sensors batteries can also be changed, internal one is a use & throw type. The only problem with external TPMS is theft of sensors if the hex nut is not added. Cost wise External is cheaper than Internal TPMS.

My kind suggestion- Avoid filling air in petrol bunks as many bunks not properly inflating the tyres and using the nozzle very roughly that leads pin bend in our tyre mouth. It is always advisable and recommended to fill air in tyre shop or puncture shops only for our tyre safety and they also check the reading properly as that it there job unlike the petrol bunk guys who don't know what pressure to keep and just like that they fill air and leave.

True. But most of the tyre shops have analog pressure meters, which is inaccurate and they don't have a cut off, so each tyre has a different pressure of air.

i bought Manatec TPMS 1 year back. Its a pondichery company. Now the solar charging doesnt seem to work. And the PSI numbers are not accurate. I bought the internal sensors. I have nitrogen filled in my tyers. does these sensors work with nitrogen?
