Great video. My Cherokee 140 turned over several times once by turning on the master switch. Debris in the key switch made the starter engage with the key on the dash and the ignition off.

I would demo water in fuel in a container that is not the sample cup. Where I fly, we have sample cups with strainers and we pour fuel back in the tank. Just a thought.
