In a case where I got the max.punishment and later found out that I was not named as a defendant in the returned indictment, only codefendant was named. Is that indictment legally valid against me also? Please 🙏 need help

Sorry about the delay, this is not a federal case. It's a state case relating to a 2005 indictment.
