Hi sir Great job! I am from India. I have a query when the spout reached 10cms we have to give a cold shock. what does the cold shock mean? Is this means we have to suddenly reduce the temperature to 12 degrees or gradually by 1 degree daily till it reached the desired temperature? Second about the light, Should we give 12 hrs light daily or just 5-6 hrs a day?

It is said many times not to use plastic. Is that for insulation purposes only, or is plastic not good for saffron?
