Hi I’m a new subscriber from Australia,im a fellow angler and I’m a rod builder from a family of rod builders so I’m glad to have found your channel. I really like your custom rods very detailed! I would like to show you a similar knot I use to tie a hook by the shank and even works or tiny eyeless hooks! it is much stronger and it’s called the “snood knot” I’m not sure if anyone has put it on RU-vid so I’ll have a look and if I can’t find it I’ll make a video of how to tie it
