You need some styles that can heal, give extra DEF boost, and give some BP for this fight.
Kat brings the defense and some damage.
Julian is the tank and dps.
Roc and Esper Gal works on debuffing.
Minstrel gives small heal, defense, and bp.
Kzinssie is going crazy on round 8 so better be careful.
