This is just straight up wrong, SM Naruto scales to 5KS Sasuke (at least equal, considering he said if they fought they’d both die), logically he should be above Hebi Sasuke statwise. You downplay the paths of pain which Hebi Sasuke is NOT beating, and worst of all, a thrown SM Rasenshuriken is way faster than Hebi Sauce’s movement speed. Genjutsu is not an issue for naruto either since he can fight with his eyes closed in SM, and Fukasaku/Shima can break him out anyways.

Using Deidara as proof of Sasuke's speed by comparing him to Gaara's sand is like... he was flying. Deidara isn't a speedster. Sasuke is already faster than Naruto here, we don't need to make up feats to prove it And also, if Sasuke takes a long range approach to the fight, he's just delaying it because no amount of chidori needles or fireballs would be enough against SM Naruto, and delaying the fight while using chakra would be good for setting up a kirirn, but also would mean that Sasuke is loosing to Orochimaru. Not only Naruto is winning this fight of endurance, but this is taking place instead of the Pain fight, meaning that MInato can still bring Naruto back if he transforms into 8 tails. Title says: the correct answer. But all of your arguments sounds like you are looking fot way to say: "Sasuke easily wins". For all Naruto feats it's that he had to met tons of criteria to hit Sasuke and Sasuke still can be fine. And all of Sasuke feats you just assume it will hit Naruto with ease. And also for kirin you assume Sasuke can do it on will or at least prepare it on will. At Itachi fight he had to use his flames and Itachi's flame to prepare for Kirin. And they both mostly used fire to fight. So Sasuke would use nothing buf fire jutsu to prepare same scenario. Also most than half arguments for Sasuke comes from his fight with Itachi, when Itachi didn't want to kill Sasuke or even harm to much. So he had to hold himself and on top of that Itachi also had to save chakra and energy for Orochimaru. Half of the video is commited to fight tha is not even fight, because one of them tries to win, and the other tries to loose, just not to fast. With that I don't say Sasuke would loose. He had his genjutsu and it can be enough. But those arguments...

Hebi sasuke is not as fast as Itachi, can’t really scale that fight when Itachi was holding back a lot and planning to lose. Also, a stronger version of Sasuke at the 5 Kage summit is directly stated to not be able to keep up with the Raikage’s speed, and Hebi Sasuke is slower than that, so he may be relative in speed to sage Naruto, but not greater. He isn’t KCM/Raikage level speed with MS, let alone Hebi.

1) Sasuke didnt try to use genjutsu on Naruto in the entire series. 2) Naruto can close his eyes when he is in sage mode and just sense Sasuke, so he cant use genjutsu on him. 3) Even if he somehow placed Naruto into genjutsu, it would only alter what Naruto sees, so Naruto could still sense where the real Sasuke is.

I don't think you really captured the complexity of that fight. Remeber that Hebi Sasuke have Orochimaru's will inside of him, only waiting for his chance to burst out. Now, sure, Sasuke got a increase in his chakra reserve, but he is no way near Naruto's league. If Sasuke is tired enough, he loses control over Orochimaru and therefore loses the fight. Naruto on the other hand, if he loses control over the Nine Tails, he become rampant and stronger. Which is not something unlikely to happen here. Naruto tend to get very emotional when deparing to Sasuke. His 4 tails cloak emerged just by Orochimaru provoking him. And at the end of classic we had the very first chakra clock on their fight. Sure, Sasuke can supress the Nine Tails with the sharingan, but only to a certain point. He would need an Mangekyo to control the Full Nine Tails, just as Fugaku hintted. When exactly is the point where he is able to supress it with a base sharingan is open to speculation. I agree that if Sasuke hit a Kirin it is end of fight, but that jutsu require a lot of preparation that can not be usually done in battle. Sasuke's and Black Zetsus lines imply that he needed the Amaterasu's heat in order to form a Cumulonimbus cloud. Now, i know it contradicts the end of Tenchi Bridge Arc, where Sasuke seemed to be preparing to use Kirin on team 7, but truth be told, we never got to see that jutsu. It could be that Sasuke can use Kirin without Amaterasu, but it would not have the same destructive power we see (also, he didn't lauch the fire jutsu in the clouds there, so we could assume that Kishimoto initially did not intend the jutsu to need the fire balls, but later retconed it, or it was only meant to be a set up for Sasuke's fight with Itachi and we should not use that scene as a mean to judge the jutsu) Anyway, point is, Naruto can cast and launch the Rasenshuriken much more casually than Sasuke can use the Kirin. And while it is true Sasuke have the edge in speed and inteligence here, Naruto's cunning should not be underestimated. He was the one that came with the plan of using the double shuriken jutsu back in the Zabuza arc. The same strategy Sasuke copied in the fight with Itachi. Naruto is actually much more smart and creative than people give him credit for. Granted he is not a genius, but if he set his mind on hitting Sasuke with a Rasenshuriken (what might not happen if he is in character) there is a hundreds of strategies he can use. Like, even the third Raikage was hit by this jutsu and he was faster than Sasuke. In the end this is probably the most balanced fight that could happen between the two. After that, Sasuke lost his Cursed Mark power AND Orochimaru, while Naruto gained control to the chakra of the Nine Tails, making it totaly unbalanced.

Sage Mode Naruto stomps. Also, just an fyi, the super rasangan that Naruto can use in sage mdoe for this fight would do WAY more damage than Dedera's c-dragon jutsu he used against Sasuke. We know for a fact from part one that Rasangans attack potency is REALLY freaking massive, its just super concentrated and focused. The rasangan is described as perfect chakra shape and chakra control, because it's just raw chakra being spun outside of ones body in every single direction at the same time and rotating super fast, plus it's super condensed into the shape of about the size of a softball. Witbout Susanoo, I don't see Hebi Sasuke tanking a rasangan, let alone a super rasangan.

This can't be right. Sage Naruto is in a totally different tier. Even without talking about battle power, the plot pushes the narrative that Naruto, by the time Pain is defeated, is stronger than Sasuke moments before Sasuke and team stormed the Kage summit. Zetsu confirmed this after Pain's defeat by saying Naruto is stronger than Sasuke. Zetus knows this because he watched Sasuke battle Itachi. I would assume he has a great assessment of battle strength. If Sage Naruto is already more powerful than the Sasuke with some experience with the Mangekyou Sharingan plus experience gained by surviving both near deaths from Itachi and Killer Bee, there is no way Hebi Sasuke is touching Sage Naruto, who would, by this point, even have a formidable base form as evident by his ability to fend off two Jounin cloud ninja in base. Sage Naruto is rushing Hebi Sasuke off rip. What folk fail to realize is that while Sasuke was getting his sh!t pushed by Killer Bee, Naruto was training with the toads rigorously. After the Pain arc, Naruto hadn't got punked in a fight sense. It was a new turn in Naruto's fighting ability. He didn't learn many knew jutus, but he was able to put everything together at that point. Sage Naruto is breaking Hebi Sasuke in the opening frame. It'd be like how Killer Bee was overloading Sasuke's information processing abilities and beating him dirty. Not a fair match-up.

But as they've shown with Sasuke vs Bee, you can outspeed the Sharigan to body reaction. Even if the Sharingan can see the movements, if the body can't keep up with the reaction speed of the opponent, then having eyes that can track an opponent and read their movements means nothing.

You bring up some good points. The only thing I have to say is that during the Sasuke VS Itachi fight, Itachi was not trying to kill Sasuke, so I wouldn't give Sasuke the dodging Amaterasu feat. Itachi slowly and carefully ensured that he burnt the curse mark wing instead of any vital parts of Sasuke's body.

U bring up Itachi but it was stated multiple times in the manga and show that he held back in the Sasuke fight. Zetsu who watched both fights even said Sasuke couldn’t beat Naruto. And if your saying Sasuke beats Sage Mode Naruto are you saying he’s stronger than Pain?

A couple of points about the scaling: *There are arguments to say that Gaara's sand becomes faster with time as Gaara himself becomes stronger. If that's the case, you can't really use the sand's speed feat intercepting the Raikage to scale Deidara's speed (unless you think Deidara is relative to the Raikage and faster than Pain). We also have to consider that Gaara's personal sand which he stores inside his gourd is faster than regular sand he uses from the environment, and that's probably the sand he used in the 5 Kage Summit because he was inside a closed building. So this doesn't necessarily mean that Hebi Sasuke is relative in speed to V2 Raikage. And in general, the only version of Sasuke that is stated as being nerfed in relation to Hebi is the early MS version who fought Bee because he hadn't fully recovered from the fight against Itachi and had lost Orochimaru's healing ability. 5KS Sasuke who is already manifesting the Susano'o (even if just the ribs, that's sign of his MS developing) and is getting amp after amp is very likely superior to Hebi Sasuke in every way, even in CM2. *You took into account the fact that Itachi was nerfed by the Edo Tensei against KCM Naruto, but ignored the fact that he was even more nerfed against Sasuke. Not only he was holding back, he was having trouble with things that would normally be a non-issue to him, as stated by Zetsu. And I don't think he would let himself be stabbed in the thigh by a fuuma shuriken blade even while holding back. That Itachi was incredibly nerfed and yet was able to kill Sasuke if he really wanted to, as stated by Obito. So that absolutely doesn't mean Hebi Sasuke is relative in speed to KCM Naruto. *Also, Hebi Sasuke is still implied to be inferior to a full power Orochimaru (and Sasuke mainly got faster healing and a bunch of snake abilities from absorbing Orochimaru, the jump from Early Shippuden to Hebi isn't as absurd some people think. He mainly got new hax, not considerably improved stats, this is not a DBZ fusion), while Naruto is explicitly above SM Jiraiya. So Naruto has the advantage in terms of chakra, stamina, durability, raw power and overall stats. Maybe he's a little faster than Sasuke (is Deidara faster than Pain? Probably not), or maybe Sasuke is a little faster than him. Sasuke has the advantage in terms of AP (Lightning Style), flight (in CM2), Genjutsu, and intelligence/battle IQ (though not by much) Naruto is superior to Sasuke overall while in SM, but Sasuke has the edge with his arsenal and has solid win conditions in the form of Kirin and Genjutsu. As to how this affects the result, Sasuke can win high diff, but if we want to consider 5KS Sasuke relative to SM Naruto as it is implied (and Naruto is stated superior to Sasuke after the Bee fight but before 5KS), unless we assume Naruto got that much stronger in the short period between the Pain fight and the Summit (which could be argued to some extend as permanent mental amps after meeting Minato and getting closure with Nagato and regarding Jiraiya), we have to consider SM Naruto as being above Hebi Sasuke. So to me Naruto wins high diff (would be mid diff if not by Sasuke being slightly smarter and having a good match-up in terms of arsenal) And Sasuke can also win (high diff) if he plays his cards right But to say how many times out of 10 in this case would be plugging the controller in their asses, it would depend on how one writes the fight. For example, Naruto could survive Kirin by using a Reverse Summoning (or Fukasaku/Shima doing for him), but to say that would happen for sure would be speculation and favoritism. Also, as Naruto would outlast Sasuke in a battle of attrition, Orochimaru could emerge. Maybe depending on how the fight goes (Sasuke kills Hinata? Unlikely, but he would take her out/injure her if she tried to intervene), we could see 6 Tails Naruto vs Orochimaru's hydra form, which is cool at least in concept. As for SM Naruto against Orochi, he would body the hydra with giant Rasengans/Rasenshuriken but Orochimaru would detach a snake and escape.

I do not agree on this one. First of all Sasuke is not that faster, both fought equally against a raikage, and Naruto managed to counter his attack. Second, Sasuke never used genjutsu again against Naruto, not even when he lost. That may indicate that Naruto won't look at Sasuke's eyes, less even in sage mode where he doesn't need to look at his opponent, otherwise Sasuke would have at least tried. Third, Rasenshuriken is a way more versatile jutsu than Kirin. It would break susanoo (Madara, MADARA, absorbed it instead of trying to tank it), can be launched or hit at close range, and it's not slow at all, it was a surprise when Raikage dodged it and Pain is not weak at all, he was soloing the leaf village. Nah bro If Naruto has prep time would mid diff sasuke. Wouldnt Naruto be able to sense Sasuke setting up the the Kirin as Sage Mode literally increases your perception of your surroundings? If that's the case then a rasen-shuriken should counter it pretty effectively. Other than that the only main advantage Sasuke has is the genjutsu. But if he is helped by the frogs they should break him out. Plus wouldnt sage mode be able to freaking you know fight with his eyes closed? As he should literally be able to relay on his senses. Also even if Sasuke is "Faster" shouldnt using the technique that allows him to hit his opponents with the natural chakra around their bodies be extremely effective? If Sasuke tries to get upclose for an attack, Naruto can use the natural energy around his body to counter him. And i mean even if he is not as fast his increased perception and reaction time should give him the ability to keep up with his moves. Also because of the increased reaction time Naruto should avoid Sasuke throws at him from range. If Naruto has prep time (Pain scenario) then its a stomp. The frogs alone would be pretty nasty to deal with. As they can use genjutsu and be a support. If Naruto doesn't have prep time, then it's just a mid diff for Sasuke as he would only need him to run out of Sage mode.

I think we really hit a problem 😔 n power-scaling here. Namely, Kirin does zero damage to Susanoo, but both Raikage and Tsunade's punches break Susanoo to some extent. Then, Itachi gets retroactively made one of the fastest characters by fighting on par with KCM1 Naruto. None of this makes sense, as supposedly the Raikage was only out sped by the Flash, so... I think Kishimoto is just huffing paint as much as you're huffing Sasuke's ass Mmy guy. Sasuke's a beast, Hebi Sasuke is cool and had some awesome strategic moments, but c'mon. Get with the program.
