I met this guy a few years ago He was so damn rude to my wife and I Just kidding lmao. He was the nicest MMA fighter I have ever met. My wife and I gave our names and talked a bit and he remembered out names at the end of the conversation showing he was paying attention. Super cool guy as well! I wish him the best in his career.
The guy is so likeable it’s unbelievable... I never thought someone could be good at everything but here he is! I hope he recovers soon, wish him the best!

Sorry for the ignorant question, but would Sage’s physique be in result of his father using steroids when he was younger? I read something that said he was a bodybuilder of sorts. I do acknowledge Sage’s athleticism I just thing he is physically way more impressive than other fighters
Good physique don’t translate into good fighter unfortunately. Mark Coleman was good until he wasn’t when the sport caught up with the holes in a wrestler’s game. Sage is in the sport where you need to be an all around killer. Karate is great for complete fighters like GSP and Machida, but for pure Karatekas like Wonder Boy, no titles or gold

I think it would be wise to show gratitude for your athletic gift and physique and assist people that are severely injured with there rehabilitation on a weekly basis. I think you will be grateful for what you possess if you assist others that have severe physical disabilities or assist the elderly at a caretaker level.
