I am pulling back to a slow consistent burn. I've found that works best when there are a million irons in the fire. I get to enjoy the journey more. Recently, I cranked the fire up and lost some irons. And I lost sight of the fact (about 3 days ago) that I have already achieved the big spiritual milestone I have been working on for about 8 years now. Thank you for the reminder to enjoy one of the main things in my life.. camping. I’ve been so overwhelmed with taking care of Dad, that I really haven’t been enjoying the journey. We have been camping for over a month.. all over the state. I’m getting to see a lot of the state that I’ve been living in for over 5 years. @@paintingsbypaula555 mindset. Ive been walking for exercise to lose weight which equals me time its similar to meditation but helps for those of us who are constantly use to moving so much so fast. Then exercising at home but the biggest thing besides deep breaths + meditative states of all kinds is dancing! I used to dance it releases all the excess buildup negative energies. Im gaining confidence in jyself again to feel safe to release people + things ive been holding onto all my life afraid to lose which in turn makes me confident and not care so if i lose them because i am my authentic self oh well dont need nor want ppl who dont match my energy + love anyway. Praying away a lot of problems too. Thru out the day. Leaving all the external things to someone else the universe god and creating my safe space and reviving my soul.

Spot on I belong to a wonderful group and that group has become my higher power... I'm in alcoholics anonymous in I am celebrating 7 years this August and that group has become my second home the people there are my second family they are reliable trustworthy the only want the best for me and the steps that you work in AA I believe can work for anybody... After years of pain, that’s over and I have been able to heal and move on. But I feel like I’m in a holding pattern trying to figure out next chapter. Am I going to be rich? Am I not? Just not sure what to do other than meditate , pray and trust in the universe. not sure if my feelings of where I am and where I am going are aligning like it seems it is for other Saggies. Yas mam ❤ but im not stopping. I AM ENJOYING! Gardening! Enjoying our yard at night. All of it. I wish I HAD lived this way the last 10 years just KNOWING oh well we r grinding and THIS IS WHAT PEOPLE DO! ❤ AS Far as weight loss goes yes i definitely need to know when to stop aka not put in as much effort. Except for maintenance 💪✌️💘☯️. I am intent woop woop!
