What if one part, and it's a BIG part, of my shadow side is constantly thinking about sluicide? Not a day goes by since this started at 12 years old(im36 now. December Sag woooo!) that I don't think about it whether it's different ways to do it or just wanting to give up and do one of the many options. I didn't ask for this. I don't wanna think about it. But it just happens and I've never been able to stop it. Even in the happiest moments, sluicide pops in my head.

Hi!! Your story sounds like my story. I was 12 when I had thoughts of suicide. Constant thoughts. Even after I had kids. These thoughts were there. Went through a deep depression. I was around 30 to 31 when I seeked out help with 2 different therapist. Go seek professional help. Maybe there is some trauma there that needs to be expressed. I found that talking through the issue helps. I hope things get better for u. Blessing to you❤

It’s good that you shared your thoughts, but please go talk to someone, therapy as sounds like you need to get to grips with your mental state, which I think you’ve done well for holding out for so many years. Hold on tight. 🙏🏾
