Agreed with previous comment. For next ones, try ones without any heel support or rubber. It will force you to change how you walk (it will be hard during one month), you'll finish walking toes first on the floor! It is the best way to walk!
the reason why the rubber on the heel wears out so fast is that youre still walking like you would with regular shoes, barefoot movements are alot different.

hey there, there is almost minimal support for arch as barefoot shoes trains your ankle naturally. Might be rough for someone people for a start, but it gets better
