I had a great kundalini experience once while I was listening to some Indian flute music. I was really enjoying the music and felt joyful. I could feel the energy already on top of my head and on my hands as a cool breeze. suddenly the energy started to dance. The kundalini is situated along on your spinal cord. I felt the energy dance to the music in a swaying motion. I cried tears of bliss. Other people I was meditating with had left but I didn't notice because of the intense experience.
