Loving kindness, our hearts now go to other aspects of our planet, nonhuman, animals, plants and the natural world, may all of it be healthy and may desecration start to be erased, with the heart properly activated our environment can come back to balance without damage to us, we only have to be sincerely there, thanking the planet for its gifts, doing our best not to waste energy, litter, or exploit cruelly. The heart prevents us from being able to, when spirit always gives us a better way. Loving kindness for every culture and every kind of thing Loving kindness for every hairstyle and every color of skin, loving kindness for the rainbow body, a series of fortunate events
