My heart literally hurts for you & Rosie! I have had the exact same situation, and it continued with my 2 other kids.. it's a constant battle and I'm always a nervous wreck to go just for usual check ups. I am definitely one to say, yes its "free healthcare" but it's honestly horrible 😔 I've waited 10+ hours with my babies with high fevers, terrible rashes just because I could never get a family doctor 😩
