Or take the literal meaning of fono as a conference or meeting, he may also mean come now and leave as I reflect / meet with my heart. Singer is breaking up with the girl because of something that happened in their relationship. He is not attributing blame to her, but instead apologizing and asking her to forgive his shortcomings, and to go and take with her all the good of their relationship but leave him to reflect with his heart (a quest to find himself maybe). One line says, may a mountain fall to bury my hardship and weakness.
