A second video in a series, using the CHIBA process, to demonstrates how to make safe carbon transfer prints without the use of bichromates/dichromates. This is a good starting point for those who are unfamiliar with Carbon Transfer Printing and are anxious to learn to do it in a safe way.
Here's a list of the ingredients needed:
1- Unflavored Gelatin
2- Ferric Ammonium Citrate
3- Oxalic Acid in granular form, the one to clean rust with.
4- Hydrogen Peroxide diluted to 0.3%
5- Distilled water
6- Watercolor paint, ink, pigments, lamp black...
7- Isopropyl Alcohol or Acetone and
8- Sugar
In the next video we'll mix some glop, make tissues and size paper for transfer..
As usual feel free to ask questions. Also you are welcome to join us on Facebook for more discussions:

You are SO resourceful!!! I learn from you very practical ideas. Thank you so much. I learned carbon printing at 2 masterclasses in Europe and we did dichromate and we did DAS I never wanted to do that at home due to toxicity. Now I'm relieved. Will try very soon! Thank you again. M.m

Hi Saidane, thanks for all your instructional videos. In many of your videos Oxalic acid and citric appear as interchangeable. Can I use citric acid instead of oxalic in this process, too? or you don't recommend it for some reason?

You're welcome, I use Oxalic acid most of the time, Citric acid works also. The most important thing is before mixing the color is to check that the PH is between 3 and 4. Good luck and let me know if you have any questions about the process.

Is it possible to use just rust water from rusty pot instead of ferric ammonium citrate, like the ecoprinting by Nikola Brown in Irealand

I am not sure how sensitive to UV light it is, it's worth giving a try.
