Tretinoin tip- put Vaseline under your eyes before applying the Tretinoin to avoid flaky and dry scaley skin there. Learned the hard way after 3 years. And only every 3 nights max. I Made too many mistakes when I started lol
Speaking of the Chanel sublimage concealer. I have it in the shade 30 and I love it a lot! I agree with you, it looks neutral with peachy undertone ( I’m pretty warm) but somehow it meshes with the whole face and looks absolutely stunning. I still have to use corrector underneath it, but no matter matter how much I apply after it never looks heavy or makeupy. I just look fresh and healthy ☺️ I couldn’t achieve this finish with any of my concealers in the last 2 years 🤪 I still can’t believe I spent that much money on a concealer but honestly for me its worth it!
I appreciate and love the fact that you don't use a filter. I'm glad you gave the foundation a chance because everyone who uses tretonoin knows that their skin doesn't look the best for a few days and it is no fault of the foundation. Your skin looks great even when you are in the peeling phase; lucky you!!
I personally would exfoliate really well and use a good gentle cleanser, use some serum, some intensive care moisturizing lotion, and maybe finish off with an emulsion product. Primer is your choice and I think maybe afterwards the foundation should go on really well. Good luck!! 🍀

The Chanel powder is so good!! I bought it at ulta. The Chanel concealer is really nice. The valentino bronzer is at Nordstrom but it's always selling out.
Yeahhhhh, I'm passing on this one. As I have sooooooooooo many foundations, I've reached the point where I'm looking for more than just coverage or longevity. I want it to look and feel beautiful and I want my skin to feel wonderful. Also, having looked at th shade range, I'm not impressed. More options, especially for those of us with olive undertones, would be massively appreciated. Thank you for the great review, I love that you go in different lighting and get up close! I started Tretinoin a couple months ago also, I’m starting super slow. Once a week, then twice a week for a couple weeks, hoping to minimize the flaking. So far, it’s working! 💙
I love the Armani lipsticks. I bought a set of two on sale during Christmas, shade 104 which is a very pale pinky nude and shade 400 which is a ruby red. I like to put on 104 first and then add just a touch of the 400 for a really pretty raspberry shade! I tend to go for creams and shines and not so much the mattes though.

I have the same issue on a regular basis. 🙄. I LOVE that Valentino blush on you. ❤️ I have a few of those Armani lipsticks and I really like the finish on them. Aw loved seeing “the baby” curly top’s cameo 🥰 Tretinoin makes things difficult to assess. I get constant flakes around my smile lines despite the lowest dose, moisturizer underneath and months of usage. There are only three foundations I have found that glide over my flakes but also work with oily T zone and normal cheeks. I’m a hot mess lol. The struggle is real! You look so beautiful in every close up so that is no help haha 🤷🏻♀️
Those Armani lipsticks are all the same creamy formula in that packaging as far as I know. I have 102 103 104 and 400 (a stunning blue toned red) but I know you lean more toward matte browns. Personally I love the balmy texture and the pointed tip but tbh I am not crazy about the large packaging which takes up a lot of space. But that is just me being OCD about organization and storage 😊
Hi Tanja, maybe you would like the Shiseido Syonchroskin GLOW foundation. It is like a serum, very light weight, it sets and the finish is gorgeous. (I have dry skin). I just powder in the center of the face to reduce the glow and blur my pores.
When I wear it, after I apply it, I do a light dusting of either there brand loose powder or Haus Labs. Both work well. I feel like this is way too luminous not to set it.
@@TaniaBWells yeah lol but it didn’t look bad…just a tiny bit around your nose. Looked decent after all day. I think you need to give it another go when the dryness is gone. My skin is normal to dry…I had to set it, just looked too shiny. This is an interesting formula, a little tricky.
Love obsessed with my Valentino blush and picking up a few more during the sale…. Best blush ever to drop even though I purchased all the GUCCI blushes, I must get 3/4 more Valentino’s hehe
It's very interesting cause I think the foundation is actually reacting to your skin on trent. Since you are dryer right now you should try moisturizing first. Your skin is soaking up the moisture like it would normal skin care.
Always great reviews!!! I love tretinoin! Been. Using it for over 15 years I use a 1% about 5/6 nights a week. I used to get really flaky and dry. But I did the sandwich method, meaning a moisturizer first retin a then moisturizer again. Morning I use a glycolic pad every morning to exfoliate my skin too. ❤❤❤ btw how is the Armani lipstick lasting powder? Dry? The vinyl lipstick better?

I have shade 20, and it melts into your skin like a moisturizer but covers darkness! Love it so much. I’d love to hear your thoughts on their powder once you get it, never tried it yet. Thank you for the review you look beautiful as always. Chanel concealer is great. It is my favorite now. I used 2 shades 40 first and then 30. The finish is so beautiful.
@@TaniaBWells yes, I think 30 might be good shade for you. But if you get a chance to try the shades before purchasing I recommend you trying 20, 30 and 32.

So interesting. I didn’t love their skin tint either. I’ve tried quite a few serum foundations lately and the Laura Mercier is my favorite by far (followed by Gucci and in the very last place is Burberry, which broke up around my nose and chin). Not sure I will try this one or not. Still watching reviews. Did you wear a sunscreen with it? I think it is a bit fussy. Maybe I’ll get a sample.

Yes, I had lip filler 3 weeks ago!! Very little to even out my lips ( i think she did .3ml) and I love it!! Lipstick goes on so much smoother. Not sure if I’ll do it again but so far I like it! ❤️

I think this one is better. I personally didn’t love the Westman Atelier one, it got super oily on me and separated! The Tower28 one has less coverage than the Saie!❤️
I love your make up in this video. Not sure about foundation. I love the eyeshadows and lips, it looks like in the same color family aka synch. Your looks is fresh and feminine and spring like! LOVE Chanel powder! Looks amazing on skin and long lasting. You definitely should give it a try! You also should try Armani beauty in color 107 - Sensual. Its very beautiful formula and color.
What I don’t understand is ur telling us everything u used why not just film that part too? The reason is because the video would be very long. Most people like a video between 20 and 30 minutes so if I were to apply everything it would be 45 minutes if not more. I do lots of grwm where I apply the whole make up but when I do a specific review of a product I like to focus the time on that❤️
Girl you are really trying to like this foundation! 😂 This is not for me, but it didn't look terrible on you. You are correct though, we have definitely seen much better on you.
