These traits are common amongst men of saifs caliber. Not only that, they're actually expected. Saif gave kareena commitment and respect. Men of similar background to saifs, behave exactly like saif. These qualities are not rare but expected among the educated elite. These men are secure and have high self esteem. She's attracted to qualities every man should have. And these are qualities he has inherited due to his family background and not because of a mere title. People who try to fake education cation, elite background, etc come off as dumb and fake.
