Sail! Robot paraglider drops from high-altitude balloon 

How do you retrieve cargo from orbit? How do you drop it into the upper atmosphere? How do you avoid the extreme temperatures of atmospheric drag? Is there a website that goes into detail? Thanks.

Is it just me, or did these grifters forget to show the "robot paraglider" that they claim worked perfectly to fly to their landing site? Makes no sense they couldn't even fake it and show one at the end. Instead, they show a bunch of electronic garbage in a styrofoam cooler in the trunk of a car. Perfect metaphor for a bunch of liars.
