Nice trip , beautiful location and weather ! Your sailboat seemed to be moving along nicely under power, nowhere as fast as your Mainship though. Hope you get some wind and experience some sailing.
You got that right Alex! Such a beautiful area for boating. Surprisingly the sailboat motored along at 7 or 8 knots, about the same as Stay Cool. The shape of the hull is very different. Yes we did find a bit of wind during our trip which we will share. Thanks so much for watching😎
Thanks Geezenslaw! These waters can be pretty cold too, however Desolation Sound is at the point where the tide converges and with dry, sunny summers (July/August), the water temperatures can get up to the low 20s Celcius, making it more enjoyable to swim!
